The shower it was really hard to get into it was on a corner and the door only gave a small entrance

The location room faced the park The room was large and very clean The staff on the first day for breakfast were very attentive the second morning I had to ask for service there was a lot of choice for breakfast

A small point, but the shower screen isn't big enough - it seems impossible to have a shower without soaking the bathroom floor.

The two staff who checked us in were extremely pleasant and helpful. They also gave us a room upgrade, which was very nice.

The equipment is really dated, the place is overall dirty and unappealing, no windows, broken machines..I wouldn't mention it but since I booked a 5star hotel that offers training facility... well, this is really really bad. +Noise! 😣 next room right adjoining, paper thin walls, you hear everything as in people talking (even in normal voice), plus the doors are quit heavy and bang when automatically closing. // room 439/440

Reception staff not efficient. No details for breakfast etc. Minimal support. No greeting from doorman on arrival or friendliness towards child. Bed not made up for child as requested in booking. (arrived after 8pm). Hallways and reception looking tired. No modern lounge area. Car park lift broken. EXTREMELY narrow spiral entrance to car park. Trashed alloys and apparently this is the norm.

Location, room & quality of catering. Lovely breakfast staff and room service team. Beautiful view across the park. Lovely large windows and immaculate bathrooms.

Residents bar closed at 12:30 and it’s slightly corporate feeling but the location knocks it out the park

The location is excellent for both central and west London. Secure parking at a really good rate ( small cars are better with the spiral ramp) staff were super accommodating and helpful and did their best to find us the best room available at our rate.

Incredible customer service, clean room, fantastic location. We were a few minutes from the tube and a bus stop was out front. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Cannot think of anything. I would not normally pay the amount paid for a hotel but this was a special occasion. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were upgraded to a king size room from a classic which was a surprise. The location perfect for the Royal Albert Hall and lovely to be close to Kensington Gardens. The breakfast was really good with so much choice and variety of foods on offer. Also that you have an egg cooked and delivered to your table.

Nothing was not to our liking. The room was maybe on the small side, but tastefully renovated.

We had a room on the 10th floor with an excellent view over the palace and gardens. Also, we enjoyed the pizza late in the evening in the piano bar and the breakfast was very nice too. The car park was a bit tight with many turns and columns though.

The insulation of the walls is not very good, you can hear water running through the pipes, also you can hear the alarm ringing next door.
