The initial room but this was sorted, I was told the whole of the 1st floor was due for refurb so I shouldn't have been placed there in the first place

The initial room was not acceptable due to being run down and delapadated however the hotel sorted this out as soon as I raised the issue. The alternative room was good, clean and comfortable The canteen was pleasent, good variety of cereals, drinks etc Breakfast was good

A very comfortable and modern hotel. The room was very big compared to other places we have stayed and it was a quiet location. One of the best so far in our 4 week holiday. It has a fantastic Italian restaurant on sites and food was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay

Extra handle bars to get in and out of the bath would make one feel safer. More shelving in bathrooms to accommodate wash bags etc. Better lighting for ladies to put make up on, even the windows have gray netting !!! View from window In Room 12. a real spoiler...could you not box off the enormous orange bins add a few plant containers. You did ask !

View from window wasn't private.

Room like the hotel was clean well presented and comfortable. Able to have a hot bath. Window was directly opposite some bungalows, and there were no nets so they could look straight in which was a bit wierd. Got a wake call OK and the breakfast was comprehensive and well cooked, Grand hotel which had been well maintained. Wifi was truly free unlike some 'premium wifi' hotels.

The only thing was that some of the rooms were quite dated. We stayed at Christmas time and the room was very nicely decorated. This time however we were on a different floor that clearly hadn't been refurbished. The room was still clean and spacious however.

Friendly staff, good selection of food for breakfast and nice sized rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great for us.
