No lift working and I that is the reason I booked this place. Also said there was a second toilet and washer/dryer in the apartment. The second toilet and washer/dryer were for sharing and only on one floor. Thus should be disclosed.

During our first night at the hotel, the AC coolers outside our window were so noisy that I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs. The staff was very accommodating and offered us a different room for the following night. Unfortunately, the new room had a noisy air vent in the bathroom, which also kept me awake. It seems there are a few issues that need to be addressed, but this is somewhat expected for a newly opened hotel.

The location is fantastic, offering great convenience and a stunningly beautiful building. Everything is brand new, exceptionally clean, and luxurious. The iPads provided are a wonderful touch for easily communicating with the staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, though a bit on the small side.

Elevators were not working for any of our stay, so 3 flights with luggage was not expected.

Beautiful suite with kitchen, view of city/castle, comfortable beds and tea, coffee, and shortbread. The lounge was an unexpected bonus with a coffee/espresso machine, free pastries set out in the morning and sweets set out in the afternoon. Staff was responsive. Property was 10 minute walk to Waverly train station and buses and close to numerous restaurants and pubs.

The street noise at night is loud especially between 1am -3am and we only found the earplugs when packing to leave.

The apartments are beautiful and very clean. Loved the gowns and slippers and the supply of things in the kitchenette to get you going. Coffee machine and microwave was excellent. The check in and check out process was very easy and communication for access to the apartment block was great and well explained. Loved the lounge with coffee machine and pastries in the morning. Washing machine was also a plus. The location is fantastic to walk to all sites and there is a small co-op nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the TV wasn't great! Not many channels were working as the signal seemed to be poor. Also the room was for 3 guests but there was only towels, bedding and robes put out for two people and the iPad in our room to chat to the customer service wasn't working!

The room was beautiful, spotless and the view of the castle was amazing! We loved the location, it was ideal and everything was on our doorstep. I would absolutely love to return one day and the communication with the staff was brilliant. They left some lovely little surprises for our mum as it was her birthday and even wrote a lovely little card! We loved our stay in Edinburgh! Thank you to the Righ Team!

The RIGH Residences are absolutely elegant and spacious. The one-bedroom suite we stayed at came with all of the living necessities we expected including full kitchen and cutlery. The beds were so comfortable, the showers were incredible especially how strong the water flew. The space is centrally located within walking distance to all of the shops and eateries. The host was super attentive and accommodating they went above and beyond to refill my requests including early check-in. The best thing about RIGH Residences are we ordered additional towels, toiletries, kitchenette items and a host of other times using the in-room iPad. RIGH Residences are indeed the perfect stay that blends modern convenience and vintage charm.

We liked everything

The property is conveniently located. It looks new or like it has just been renovated. The rooms were very nicely decorated and stock with everything you need. Leave your hair lower and flat iron home as one is provided. The room had the convenience of a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We arrived there way before check in around 9:00.. They tried to get us into a room quickly. We didn’t get into a room at that time which is completely understandable, however, we were in a room by around 1:00. There was a lounge in which you can access anytime where they provided coffee, tea and pastries. I highly recommend it.

It was all e service. E checkin, worked well. But our iPad in the room didn’t work, tv didn’t work. The apartment was smarter than us. It took a while to work out how all the lights, curtains, blinds and heating worked. All very modern, but when you are tired, not wearing your glasses and just want to turn the bathroom light on, quite exhausting. Although my husband said he would stay again! Ran out of coffee pods and loo paper, lucky to find someone and they restocked us. But if your iPad doesn’t work, you are in trouble. Couldn’t get the tv to work. We read so that was ok. OOMS we’re on the small side for more than a few days.

Slight mix-up on checking out, we were overcharged, but the problem was solved by the staff quickly and efficiently after I emailed them.

Stayed here with my husband and son, in the lap of luxury! Definitely worth every penny paid, for the tasteful decor, luxurious beds, well-equipped kitchen, complimentary pastries and coffee in the gorgeous lounge. Ideal location in the centre of Edinburgh's new town, near the tram, near the shops and restaurants, but also very peaceful and quiet.

You cannot keep the automatic doors open even inside the suite. The temperature in the room was a bit low for our convention and it did not really change even if we set the temperature higher on the heating/cooling system. Possibly the isolation of the windows could be the reason for this.

We had a fabulous suite with two bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, The furnishing, the decorations, the entire environment was amazing and very high standard. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from the centre of Edinburgh.
