The location, close to cardiff Bay, to 2 train stations, walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the city center. Nice and well equipment appartment.

Beautifully decorated and very clean . Really well equipped kitchen . Lovely views of the river . Ten minute walk to the bay . Highly recommend. Lots of lovely goodies in the supermarket where you collect the keys 🙂

Finding the entrance to the building was a bit unclear; but we figured it out. Although the unit was clean otherwise, the carpets are in desperate need of steaming; there were stains everywhere. FYI: This isn't the host's fault, but if you make use of the offered Washer/Dryer be aware that there isn't any instructions on how to use the all-in-one machine. For someone from North America, this was a real challenge. The manufacturers instructions online were not clear. There are dozen of settings and it takes hours longer to dry than I'm used to. I ended up having to stay up until 2 am using a drying rack and floor fan I found in the unit to speed up the drying process so I didn't have to pack wet clothes. I was only there overnight, so that was a real issue.

Spacious, quiet and secure residence. Kitchen had all of the basics provided. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The expectations of guests and check-in/check-out were clearly identified.

Some of the carpets and furnishings had marks and damage from previous guests, we requested a cot for a baby with bedding but on arrival we had to build the cot and no bedding found, due to time of arrival host was contacted but could not provide bedding until following day.

Good location on 6th floor with view to the river, the apartment is well stocked with equipment and a Tassimo coffee maker in Kitchen (No Pods) but instant coffee and tea available plus toiletries in both bathrooms, plenty of towels.

Not easy to get to, fair walk from the station and then to pick up keys and a it’s big gated complex with Dubrovnik House being the furthest building from the entrance!

The complex was secure and gated, but the view was obscured by scaffolding due to cladding being tested.. no workers were present during the 2 nights we were there It didn't feel entirely safe walking the street of an evening outside of the complex, but that may be purely down to not being used to the city. Finding the parking space was not easy as the parking bay numbers are not in any sort of numerical order. The double bed was 2 single mattresses put together so not entirely comfortable when in the middle

I liked the fact that we could access the city via Uber quite easily. The host was really helpful. Complex secure and gated along with underground parking

Found it difficult to find,sat nav sent us to a different apartment.Table wobbly,sofa bed uncomfortable to sleep on but did the job for few nights.As well as tea & coffee maybe salt & pepper would be a good idea too.Also would be an idea to provide baking foil for cooking with grill.

Only one thing to improve to mention the actual name of the building and flat number was not mentioned in the details which we was lost for a bit but we been instructed as soon we rang the owner . Second I feel difficult to park the car in my allocated space because there was a big BMW was parked very close and there are wall on other side. This is some thing owner can't help it but over all it was very good.

Resident was excellent, Good location near the centre and other attractions. Very good size space and rooms for my family. Very well decorated and clean. I really like the flat and my family really enjoyed the stay .

Good location for us, with everything we needed for an overnight stay, The apt was quiet, a good location with a nearby river, 2 mins to local shops and 10 mins to museums and the beach. I strongly recommend it.

We did struggle to find the allocated parking spot they are not in numerical order very randomly set out. We also walked into and out of town (about 30 mins at a gentle pace) nearer to town is not the nicest area to be at night so got a taxi in the next night, this is nothing to do with apartment felt very safe as its gated.

Lovely apartment had everything you could need, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, and even some lovely little extras we weren't expecting. Would definitely recommend and return.

We drove from Scotland and arrived about 2 in the morning we than find out that there is no key to enter the property. The “smart” renter left the key in a supermarket that about 15 min away in walking which was closed during that time. I phoned the guy to ask for the key however he said he can do nothing about it and asked me to go to an address about 25 min drive to collect a spare key which he said there is no spare key in the first place. I put him on hold for 10 sec to asked my friends about collecting the key from that location, he than hang up the phone and never answered again. We were thinking to sleep in the car. However we than went away and looked for somewhere to stay, which was really hard at that time the whole city stays were sold out. We drove out the city and found a hotel called ZIP and stayed there over night. It was 5:30 when we get to the bed. Paid £275 for 3 rooms. We than went to this supermarket to collect the key but renter actually changed the password for collection. Supermarket owner also complained about this person. In the second attempt owner of the supermarket called the renter ask for the code and the guy got the code and we got the key. Long story short, don’t ever book this place. Never again !
