The very little sleep we got which was nothing to do with the comfort of the room. We were next door to the farmhouse where there was a few people staying and unfortunately they were very loud & disruptive throughout the night - All we could hear was them throwing up, shouting, slamming doors etc.

The venue itself was lovely! We’re going to organise looking at here for a potential wedding venue - We didn’t get to venture round the property during our stay as there was a wedding on so looking forward to organising.

service in the restaurant was poor. Particularly around the drinks. We waited 45 minutes for the first drinks to arrive (half way through our mains) and I had to remind the staff we had ordered. Waited another 25-35 minutes for the next lot to arrive, one of which then had no alcohol in it. When I mentioned this the offered to put some it but we had already finished our meal and wanted to head back. I had to ask that this was removed from the bill.

The room was nice. It was set up as expected, clean and warm which was good. The location of the hot tub was OK but due to the floor covering outside your feet got very grubby, even with the slippers provided. No hooks to hang the robes either.

It was a little bit expensive for drinks but that’s to be expected when staying at a place as nice as that. Everything was super.

The breakfast was very delicious and had a good variety. Staff were wonderful and well looked after.

The walls between the rooms were very thin, you could hear everything that was going on next door, someone going to the toilet, someone was playing music in the early morning also and you could hear it word for word. The shower and the rubber seals need more attention and need to be cleaned as they had discoloured. I think the rooms were slightly over priced for what you got.

It was quirky, the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, loads of choice for everyone.

Just be aware if you are booking this as a stand alone B&B like we were, that this is a very busy wedding venue. They hold weddings most days,throughout the entire year. Which means music playing until midnight. Our beautiful room backed onto the wedding venue so you could hear everything and also an air conditioning unit which was loud. If you are attending the wedding....Great news its amazing!

The pub which is linked to Runa Farm is great! Fab food and the staff were great too! Breakfast was also same standard, great continental option as well as cooked! Rooms have been beautifully designed, we stayed in a junior suite which was a dog friendly room and had a seperate outside door for taking her out which was great plus wooden floors, rusic decor just georgous! Lovely toiletries and fluffy bathrobe and slippers included.

Very strong smell of drains/waste in my room and corridor. I wouldn't stay there again. I was staying for 2 nights to attend the Beresford wedding and the wedding party had to stay at the croft the night before due to an error by the hotel meaning I paid for a night in your hotel on my own with friends over half an hour away. Your error cost me great expense. I'd not stay or recommend the venue for this reason alone

Breakfast was tasty. Bed was comfy.

Some restaurant staff weren’t the most friendly,in the room there wasn’t much room in the bathroom and the ‘kingsize’ was 2single beds pushed together

It was all good. We stayed in a cosy doube room in the courtyard. The only think missing in the room was a mirror. There was a mirror in the bathroom but that's no good for drying/styling hair.

The food, including the breakfast, was excellent. All the staff were friendly.

As l have described problem with space, light and mirrors. Standard of fittings etc in bathroom excellent ! and with a view!!

We enjoyed our stay it was quiet and peaceful.The dinner we had was delicious and the service good.However the room seemed very small with an over large but beautiful bed. The mirror in the bathroom was too high. Not much space to move around. The cupboard door with coffee maker etc could benefit from opening the other way to give more light ..very dark in there

Room a bit on the small size although it was clean and comfortable we did think it was a bit overpriced for what it was Quite drafty overnight which kept me awake

It said we'd have use of hot tub but they were out of order and our room had a smashed glass on the bed side table and floor from the previous people who stayed. It was rectified the next morning without question but just felt it spoilt our stay a little bit
