This property exceeded our expectations! It’s a lovely little getaway spot, very close proximity to town! The space was spotless and very nicely decorated! Deborah was very friendly and will definitely come again.

Was a little hard to find the entrance to the property when we travelled home one day in the dark, but Deborah our host did provide good directions. Cannot be helped though.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, all the facilities and furnishings and extra touches were fantastic. Good cooking facilities. Friendly hosts and good location- 10 minute drive from Canterbury and to the beaches. Very peaceful and private. A fantastic stay and would definitely visit again. Thank you to our hosts

We always prefer a rural location away from the hustle and bustle so this was perfect. Great for cycling on the crab and winkle trail, walking and yet close enough to explore Canterbury and other local seaside towns.

Very friendly warm welcome when we arrived. We were shown how to use the microwave etc. Tea, coffee and milk was provided. The place was very comfortable. Under floor heating in the bedroom and shower room. We wanted a quiet relaxing night away from the children and pets and this was perfect. We went out in the evening for a meal and then in the morning we drove into Canterbury for a fry up.

The location is superb. We visited Canterbury and were there in minutes. Whitstable is close, too. The accommodation is stylish as shown in the photos and very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect accommodation. Loved everything about it. The location is perfect as it's hidden away in woods from busy towns and traffic but a short distance drive to Canterbury and seaside town Whitstable. Accommodation was presented on the highest level. The Host is professional and very friendly..she cares about your comfort and experience. Not a single disturbance during the night..I left the window open during the night..only could hear birds singing. The place is very modern and furnished very well. Very clean and tidy throughout the property. The kitchen has got everything to prepare your dinner . I will be returning soon for sure. Outstanding experience.

The high level of finish to this apartment was very nice, it was also well appointed with everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean. Nice hosts and a good location. Can highly recommend this property and the local pub the Tylers Kiln for great food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Fantastic stay in an idyllic setting

There is very little we did not like apart from the lack of a window in the bedroom and the tiny shower cubicle. We were cautious about driving out of the drive as it can be difficult to see oncoming cars in the main road.

We fell in love with the idyllic, tranquil, and private setting this place has to offer. Although the hosts live within the grounds, we did not feel overlooked. We were made welcome by the host and shown round the property. It was bigger than expected, spacious and clean. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area was tastefully decorated giving it a calm ambience. The usual standard facilities were available, with free litre of milk in the fridge! The shower/toilet was very spacious; however, the shower cubicle was smaller in proportion to the size of the room. My husband would have liked it bigger to move around. The bedroom was huge with plenty of storage (wardrobe and a chest of drawers) and the bed very comfortable. We appreciated the blackout curtains and blinds. We would have liked to a bedroom window that we can leave opened for overnight. The location was great; it did not take us long to find the Canterbury city centre and to drive to the coast. We would certainly highly recommend this property despite the cost!

Outstanding , well equipped and spotless modern annexe

Nothing we didn't like but in terms of feedback for improvement we would say that the annexe should be given a name of its own and better signage out the front because the postcode covers a broad area .

Outstanding contemporary Annexe in a beautiful location. Accommodating and friendly owners. Spotless and well equipped. Quiet, Safe, Gated property. The property is a very large one bedroom annexe with a kitchen containing a washing machine , microwave , coffee machine , instant hot tap, a stove, cutlery and crockery, kettle and toaster. The place has air-con, under floor heating in the bedroom, integrated blinds , a very comfy bed, power shower, plenty of storage, plenty of plugs, free fast WiFi . The list goes on.. this is very well equipped for either leisure or work trips and although it feels extremely remote it is 10 minutes from Whitstable and Canterbury and has a good phone signal (no signal in the toilet for some reason ) . The owners were helpful lovely people who couldn't do more to help. In terms of self catering accommodation What you get here for your money is better than anything rose I've found in the area . Also space for one car and the property is gated giving a feeling of safety. Shame they won't take dogs but they explained they had dig related damage before so we completely understand why they won't take dogs now . We came for one night with our baby. Plenty of room for the travel cot . We all had a great sleep and will definitely come again .

The property was very modern and spacious, we both loved the open layout it was decorated perfectly. The bedroom was spacious and homely which was nice after a long drive. The bathroom was lovely and the sink was amazing we wasn’t batting for room at any point of the stay and the kitchen had everything and more. From start to finish we was greeted very warmly and shown around the property which was very nice and it made us feel very welcome. I cannot fault any part of the stay at all.
