No instructions for heating would be useful on arrival. Instructions for TV/Sky--- we dont watch TV on holiday but it kept turning itself on? There was a message on email via Booking.com which I did not access until I reached the property and my technology ancient phone made it difficult to operate

Well appointed kitchen Comfortable beds and good linen Good power shower Swimming pool, Access to hotel

I'm a bit disappointed that the gin distillery was closed although stated that it was open on Wednesdays . And the hot tub in the leisure centre was faulty and not working Would be difficult if you did not have a car. However, I was expecting this and would expect anyone would know that the car was required to visit this area.

A beautiful private location. Very clean and great facilities. Pool and sauna and steam room. All great. Bar food delicious and all in lovely grounds that are well cared for. Great location with lots to visit in the area.

A baby gate would be handy for the stairs in the lodge The radiators were very loud when coming on through the night Baby changing facilities would be useful in the main building when at the restaurant/bar

Great facilities on site with the pool/playpark/garden area next to the restaurant and bar Lodge was spacious for what we needed The Ninja airfare is a great extra!

When we arrived, the lodge was a bit cold on arrival but was great once we’d left the heating on.

These lodges were ideal for us. We had family over from America and suited our needs down to the ground.

We arrived late and it was a bit cold in the lodge. The electric heating took a while to warm up.

Booked breakfast in the hotel which was excellent. Wide range of options and good service. The full Scottish cooked breakfast very good. Only a short walk from the lodge we booked.

The lodge that we stayed in was poorly maintained, especially for the price of £300 per night. The back door handle came off in my hand, the dishwasher leaked, and a couple of lights in our bedroom didn't work.

The location was fabulous. The facilities in the hotel were good and we were just 10 mins away from Gleneagles. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the lodge were just what we needed.

The poor Wi-Fi and internet, due to this streaming (only option for TV!) was slow and stopped completely, which was frustrating. There was a few light bulbs out, this didn’t affect our stay, and there was still adequate lighting provided on the bedside tables.

The lodge was tastefully decorated and homely. Well stocked with toiletries. Beautiful location and lovely having access to the pool, made it a relaxing stay. The restaurant at the hotel was lovely, nice staff, great food at a reasonable price, recommend a visit if staying on the estate.

Hotel told me it was private let and we couldn’t get free WiFi. Cameron in the hotel was rude even after I told him I had booked via booking.com and it wasn’t my fault. My party of 6 were booked for dinner and cocktails and still he said I could t get it as I wasn’t a hotel resident!

Had everything we needed. Spacious and clean.

Ryder Cup Lodge Duchally is an expansive and comfortably appointed two-level house, privately owned and distinct from Ryder Cup Lodge Duchally. The complimentary access to the swimming pool adds to the overall appeal. While the stay was enjoyable, we encountered some issues with the WiFi. The host made genuine efforts to resolve the problem but unfortunately, it remained unresolved. Additionally, more information about waste disposal, particularly recycling and general waste procedures, would have been helpful. Despite these minor drawbacks, the lodge's grandeur and amenities create a delightful experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway amidst scenic surroundings.
