Unfortunately the shower didn't drain properly and completely flooded the bathroom, having to spend 30 mins mopping that up while trying to get ready for a wedding wasn't ideal. When flushing the toilet water bubbled up into the shower which seemed strange. The toilet seat doesn't fit properly and is scratched so a bit unhygienic. The window in the bathroom also doesn't fit properly so that caused a cold draft. Sadly no full length mirror.

The flat is in a good location with an easy walk into town and very well laid out. It was great to find daily essentials (toilet rolls/dishwasher tablets were provided)

Lack of a bread knife but everything else was perfect!

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location with free and simple parking on the road. It was also very close to the town facilities. Peebles exceeded our expectations and was a delightful place to stay enabling easy visits to the Edinburgh festival and other attractions.

Amazing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Peebles at this apartment. We were there for a wedding but we went down the night before to just chill and it was perfect! Will definitely recommend to friends and definitely return when we are in Peebles again!

There were a few cleaning things that had been missed as I got small nick on my toe from broken glass on floor which had not been cleaned up, dirty towels had been left in washing machine, and a lot of spiders web on bedroom ceiling light.

The flat was well equipped and clean. The shower is superb (a real bonus) and all the rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard. The flat was located a 10 min walk from Peebles main street which was convenient as it meant we didn't need to drive to go for our evening meal. The flat was also well positioned for the Glentress bike trail centre. The host made good recommendations for places to eat which was really helpful and much appreciated.

This is a fantastic, stylish and immaculate gem of a holiday let. The location is brilliant close to the centre of Peebles offering shops, bars and restaurants and also great walking in the surrounding hills. Will definitely be visiting Sakan again.

Stayed here for 5 days. Unfortunately, the drain was blocked already on the first day. The shower experience was awful because the water just didn't drain, so the shower time had to be limited to 1 minute. Didn't complain until the second last day because it stinks. The foul was all over the floor on the street once we walked out of the flat! Then contacted the owner but his reply was nothing could be done until the day we left and "You can still have quick showers and get washed".
