A clear reminder inside the property that parking is permit only between 9 and 5. I did read this when I booked but had forgotten and did not notice the street signs and as a result got a parking ticket. If this was my property I was have several very large reminders put up inside the guesthouse.

Very close to the westgates suites where we had a wedding arranged. Easy, well priced parking nearby. The property was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable although a couple of the rooms only have 3/4 beds as advertised. Each room has its own compact bathroom. The shared living area was well equipped.

Road noise most of the night and the key box entry system needs both hands and isn't in a well lit corner. But doable of course . Kitchen available for use but with sachets of coffee and sugar running low.

Very comfortable bed in a smallish but reasonably sized room. Very small but adequate shower and toilet room. Hosts not present but very helpful. Near the centre of Long Eaton and handy for public transport.

Extremely clean. Good communication with host. Very well equipped kitchen, which was a real bonus space to sit and enjoy free tea and coffee. Didn’t use outside courtyard area but would be nice in warmer months to sit and enjoy a drink. Quiet at night time. Very convenient for Long Eaton shops, theatre.

Guesthouse is located just 7mins walk from Clifford spa. Few nice pubs just round the corner. The house itself is very clean and well equipped. Our room on the ground floor was small but very good, had really comfy beds, we were staying overnight and it was a nice stay. Kitchen has a soft corner with TV, where we enjoyed a drjnk before going out. Also teas, coffees and some other essentials. We will definitely stay again.

We arrived late at night and it was easy to find and let ourselves in with a key safe by the bedroom door. The host was extremely friendly and forthcoming with instructions and suggestions to make our stay more comfortable.Perfectly located by the bus route with buses into Nottingham and EM Airport.

I can't think of anything. I found there everything I needed. I probably would add a small kettle in the room "as an extra mile".

The location is central. There is a car park nearby at a very reasonable price. The supermarkets are within walking distance. The property is stylish. The shower experience was excellent! The room was warm. Cooking facilities are present. There is a hairdryer in the room. I had a welcome call from the owners, explaining a few details, which was very helpful. It was a very nice personal touch in the era of "no-contact", and it felt great!

spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. tiny but perfectly adequate bathroom, lots of hot water. it's in a quiet residential street, sitting in the back yard was peaceful,;good facilities downstairs, lots of tea/coffee/biscuits. lots of comms with the owner when needed. all great, thanks

Excellent service and communication. Spotlessly clean and well presented. Easy parking a stones throw and very cheap! Very centrally located for the town and public transport. Asked the host to accommodate a particular request due to personal reasons and was happily accepted! Will absolutely book here again when visiting friends in the area. Also good quality bed linen on a lovely comfy bed.. Makes such a difference! Tip top accommodation.

Really Comfortable bed and pillows🙂and the room and shower room were spotless and had everything you need.It was a great touch that there was tea coffee sugar milk and other choices to have in the well equipped kitchen diner..Only a short walk to the town and and great road links..

The only downside was the noisy couple staying upstairs, we could hear them in their room in the middle of the night and their bathroom was right outside our room so we could hear them in their too. Obviously no fault of the of the owner.

Perfect for our budget and location, really clean room with good facilities. Bed was really comfy so slept really well. Well equipped shared kitchen downstairs with tea and coffee. We had our own bathroom with shower, parking was right outside on the road, permit holder only until 6pm on Saturday but this suited us as we were at Clifford Spa until 9pm.

I had everything I needed around the property,, town the spa tesco aldi asda everything just door after door you couldn't missing anything around that property I didn't check the town properly I didn't have the time but I will coming back for that...
