The bed though very comfortable was a standard or small double. We prefer king-size where possible. The bathroom was downstairs and very small. No bath.A few colourful plants in the back courtyard would have been nice when so much detail indoors.Too many cushions on the bed...looked nice but needed removing before you could get in.

Excellent location.Could walk into town and to the beach and harbour. We left the car in the car port and walked everywhere. The apartment though small was very well equipped. The shower was both clean and powerful.Plenty of hot water.Attractive and spotless. We were unlucky with the weather very cold and windy but the apartment was lovely and warm to return to after a bracing walk along the seafront. The small patio at the back looked inviting but weather wasn't suitable for sitting out. Plenty of boutiques and charity shops to browse and we would like to go back in the summer season though I imagine the narrow streets will be very busy. Good value for 2 people.Sofa bed so could have one child .

Small things but we couldn’t use the tv on the main channels just applications like Netflix . Also if you’re providing coffee and tea it would be good to have some of the little milks to use. Like I say though these are little things and it didn’t detract from our stay.

Very clean and well located. Quiet location but close to main town.

Number 1 Salt Yard beautifully decorated. Very comfortable, with free car parking what's not too like! EXCELLENT location, minutes (at least 5) from the vibrant high street. Lots of pubs and restaurants to suit all price brackets. Easy strolls to the beach front and using the smooth paved walkways there are ample walks to Herne Bay, Tankerton and beyond! Park your car and take your car to the other seaside resorts or even Canterbury. I would happily recommend the venue and location to friends

    Nothing

Great location in the centre of town, but off the high st so quiet. The town is full of small privately owned shops and had lots of character. Plenty of places to eat. Seafood is a specialty of the town and is sensational

The bed was very creaky and we hadn’t realised it was only a double. The settee was extremely uncomfortable. A dishcloth would have been useful.

The house was very tastefully decorated and very clean. It was perfectly situated close to the town and sea front with parking

Downstairs toilet was a very minor inconvenience during the night, but that wouldn't stop us from staying again. The only thing we needed during our stay which wasn't in the property was a bread knife. Everything else was excellent!

Great location, close to all shops and only a 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Great to have free onsite parking. Exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Very quiet in the evenings and during the night.

Lovely, modern, one bed townhouse situated just behind the High Street but still fairly quiet. All we needed was supplied and everything was spotlessly clean. Five minute walk to the front and just 2 minutes to shops, cafes and restaurants, including a Wetherspoons for a cheap breakfast with bottomless cups of coffee

The duvet was too heavy & warm for stay, for my liking, may I suggest getting a lighter one for the warmer months. One of the shelves was missing from the fridge door which was a shame as I had to place bottles/juice containers on the shelves which took up room.

The location was great. The cottage was great, as it provided, everything you needed, fridge, freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer, & Undercover carpark was also a added bonus, as it wasn't used whilst I was there.

Perfect location in Whitstable between the main commercial street and the beach - easy location to walk from the train. Clean and nice new facilities with comfy bed. Helpful hosts who came to help drain the shower which was not draining on arrival. Thank you!

Could be a bit too small for a larger party than us.

A very nice little house, more than enough for a good holiday stay. We stayed with my husband and a 4 month old baby and were more than happy with facilities, cleanness of the house, comfort that it provides with well thought through amenities. Very comfortable bed to my liking. The property is very close to the sea and to the high street. Special thank you to hosts for the list of places to eat in the welcoming folder.

Sofa bed isn't the most comfortable to sit on in the sofa mode. Freezer needed a good clean as very bad smell, due to possibly being out of order.

Great location, very central for town and beach. Modern decor, comfortable and clean. Free off road parking. Good amenities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Netflix and Amazon apps. Very bright and airy living/dining room/kitchen. Very comfy bed.
