It was tidy and clean and well maintained. Nice towel and bedsheets and fresh roses in the room made it even more special and beautiful. Shower was powerful and lovely. Emma was very nice and friendly and helpful. We highly recommend her place for friends and family.

The only downside for us was the light levels at night, there are several outside lights which shine through the Venetian blinds, and the gaps around the door allow a lot of light from the Landing through all night. I prefer a dark room to sleep in, this may not be so important to others.

The location is absolutely gorgeous, right in the heart of the National Park. Our room; Seahorse, was beautifully decorated and the beds comfy, with lovely bedding. The bathroom has been refurbished and there’s a shower not a bath .

Beautiful place to stay in a great location for walks at the 7 sisters, lovely little communal bar area, fantastic breakfast, the staff were super friendly and very welcoming to our dog.

Beautiful house in fantastic location. Loved the private gardens (especially that they are dog secure and welcoming!). The rooms were just right, refillable quality (actually useable on my hair!) toiletries, awesome breakfast and the nicest genuinely friendly staff. Emma the owner was helpful and very welcoming.

If you could bottle the feeling of absolute freedom and relaxation you get from staying here and sprinkle it on the world - we would be in utopia. We came with my dog. It was like being at home but being served like a queen. The location is heaven We will be back.

Not their fault at all but evening eating options limited- nearest pub stopped serving at 8.30pm!

Location perfect for walking the Seven Sisters. Lovely breakfast and cafe right next door. Really nice touch is the guest lounge and honesty bar.

Saltmarsh is a phenomenal property with excellent service. Although we were there for just a night, we were blown away by the personal touch of each and every person working at Saltmarsh. From remembering our dog’s name :) to not charging us for the alcohol because we left a day earlier, can’t say I have any complaints. I’m only waiting for summer to arrive so we can go back and enjoy a longer stay at the property.

Charming old farmhouse with loads of character. Emma and the team were so helpful and friendly. They lit the open fire in our bedroom for extra cosy vibes on a chilly evening. We could have asked for more.

Beautiful location in Seven Sisters Country Park, with easy access to Cuckmere Haven and the surrounding area. very characterful farmhouse and cafe with really helpful and friendly staff. Had to leave early so missed breakfast but the staff laid on continental breakfast which was lovely.

Best experience ever of the seven sister Park. We had a very cute room right next to the seven sisters park. They offer a complimentary car park, which is very useful, given you are in the heart of seven sisters Also, breakfast was excellent (service a tiny bit slow because the same staff is also responsible to the café area open to the public). You can get to the seven sisters park right from there as the farm is on the path to cuckmere haven. Also, if you want to avoid the tons of people doing the seven sisters, you can also take a trail to the cute towns around the cuckmere valley (like Alfriston), which are within an hour walk from the farm.
