Sitting room and bedroom were very small, and there was a bit of noise transference from the restaurant downstairs (not too much of a problem once we realised that's where it came from and that it would stop at midnight). Very steep stairs up to the flat.

The location and views were brilliant, the heating worked well on a very cold weekend.

Very steep stairs to get in. We'd asked twice for a cot and high chair to be provided but had to chase repeatedly on arrival.

You just need to manage the stairs up to the room.

splendid view normally. On our visit there was scaffolding up that was a little inconvenience, however the owner recognized that and adjusted the price. Very thoughtful, thank you. The kitchen facilities were great.

The flat is situated quite close to a busy road, but noise was only really an issue during the daytime as very few cars pass through at night. As other reviews have stated there is a flight of steep stairs into the flat which wasn't an issue for us but might be difficult for those with reduced mobility or lots of luggage, there are plenty of handrails to hang onto. Our trip unfortunately aligned with some building work being performed on the property above the apartment, but the hosts were very upfront about this and did everything they could to minimize the impact on our stay.

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend in September and benefited from a late heatwave. The apartment is perfectly situated for beach access, trips to many of the main Margate attractions and gets an uninterrupted view of the famous sunsets! Modern and spotlessly clean, close to all of the traditional British seaside activities, it worked perfectly for us!

It's very hot in the apartment after 3 pm and dark roller blinds make it even worse, shower has some difficulties to have a right temperature (again just wanted to use it for a baby, for adults it's alright ), the sofa needed to have some deep cleaning. And we really were upset when on the last day we woke up very early because of builders working on sky folding and making a lot of noise, and no one notified us.

The location and the view are amazing, really enjoyed watching sunsets and waking up with a an empty beach view :) the kitchen has everything for a comfortable cooking (we were travelling with a newborn so couldn't really enjoyed restaurants a lot).

The stairs are narrow and steep but that’s my opinion :) everything is 10/10 but the place had construction poles I front of the window but the beach and the sea can still be seen so still good😊

The location of this property is excellent with fabulous views of the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had everything we needed. We were able to get the keys for one of the apartments from the lock box which was had the code to. The other code was obtained from the restaurant next door which was easy. We highly recommend and will stay again. Margate is a nice town and this apartment was in a great position.

The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Communication with Anais was outstanding. The location, overlooking the beach was perfect.
