The room 208 is the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the bathroom sink was in the shower- bit odd!

I would have preferred a full breakfast which was an option if you paid extra but I had VP paid for breakfast and thought it was a full hot breakfast

Bedroom was very small and no wardrobe space, but we were only there for 1 night so managed. Would definitely need a bigger bedroom if stopping longer

-the staff was very quirky which did not immediately gave us a warm welcome feeling. -the breakfast was a small let down. Not as big as expected and all of the warm food options are a paying upgrade.

-big room with loads of space -awesome rainshowerhead in the bathroom with enough pressure - overall vibe is very rock and roll -quality of the hotel is very, very good -3ple side glass windows for quiet rooms, but they still could open for fresh air -true black out curtains in the room

The room was very small and a bit tricky to sort out our luggage. But we had baggage for a multiple week Europe trip and only stayed for a couple of nights. The bathroom sink located within the shower area is not perfect.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop lounge with bar was excellent.

one specific member of staff was very rude and came across like he didn’t want to help or speak to me, worked behind the bar and seemed to get very angry at one of the other workers and threw a menu on the bar in anger which you don’t expect to see in a 5 star hotel in london. please bare in mind this was only one member of staff the rest were exceptional and very kind.

room was really nice, comfy bed, bluetooth speaker, bath in the room, great location in the city right in the middle, walking distance to everything and some of the staff were very lovely and helpful

Stayed in 501. The bathroom door is a little awkward as if the drawers are open, you can’t get out. Also, the stones around the bath look great, but it’s not so practical when you have to navigate your way to the bathroom in the night.

Bathroom looking tired, it was a wet room and was actually quite dangerous as floor super wet after showering. Not really suitable layout. Needed a rubber matt minimum. A soy type milk in the room for brews. It was awful. I did book a small double room and it really was definitely tiny. Tv was also not working properly with a dodgy signal so couldn’t watch it. I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a night.

Location brilliant just off regent street. Very comfortable nights sleep and surprisingly quiet even though I was near a staircase. Clean.

Room was noisy inside and from outside , busy nightclub few days down, cars beeping and people shouting 3am , The gap in the toilet door I wouldn’t say it’s a romantic thing, ok if you been together a while , you will hear everything , Breakfast is basic paying £400 a night for a room you would hope it was a cooked breakfast not what we had, if I knew it wasn’t I wouldn’t of booked . The extra £150 hold/charge when you book in . Nothing on my booking stated this .
