Well appointed room, very spacious and clean, good WiFi. The restaurant in the clubhouse has a great wine range and the food was well presented and tasty.

It is a little isolated if you were wanting to visit places.

It is a beautiful venue to hold an event like a Wedding or Awards Ceremony. The grounds and staff amazing. The actual room we stayed in was a little dates but clean and functional and didn't spoil or time there.

Some minor cosmetic changes needed - the curtains in our room were ripped but everything else was lovely.

Beautiful grounds and setting, lovely welcome from staff, warm and comfortable rooms and a fabulous breakfast which catered for a range of dietaries. We had a fab meal in the bar too and they were very helpful with my uncle who is a wheelchair user.

Only had 1 electric car charging point which we had trouble using. Mobile phone reception was poor.

The evening meal we had in the restaurant was disappointing in that it was only available in the golf clubhouse which was chilly. We would have preferred a meal in the room we had breakfast in which was lovely

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean & larger than average with good seating area - 2 comfortable chairs and table. Great to have both a bath and a shower Good selection of food from buffet style breakfast

In bad weather you have to walk to the clubhouse for the restaurant and bar. They will provide umbrellas. Sadly I didn’t find my bed comfortable, the mattress was lumpy.

Not provided with a dressing gown, it would have been nice to have these to wear. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe.

That there was a bath and shower. The beds are very comfy and large in size. A selection of pillows for the bed to choose from. Staff members were polite and helpful. Location of hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Peaceful, pleasant walks The room size and comfort was excellent. The breakfast was well presented, prepared and cooked properly. The service staff were friendly, attentive and cheerful. The main menu was not particularly exciting but we did have an afternoon snack . It was a simple ham & cheese toastie but we were amazed how well this was put together , cooked and presented. Really made our afternoon It pretty much summed up our stay of simple things done extremely well Every member of the team we meet was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful . Thank you to all the staff for a great stay . Simple things : ice bucket in room, self service ice machine in reception, well put together information pack in room. Good WiFi. The website says there is a small gym, but there isn’t… we were told it closed 18 months ago.

Large rooms with good air conditioning and everything you could need. We only had one towel but this was soon rectified. Good parking.

Only one bit of feedback will be to remove the gym from the website as there isn’t one at the hotel so this is misleading. Food is limited in the clubhouse but there are options available.

The ease of finding the rooms, where the hotel isn’t massive it was quiet. Requested a different room to a superior room and this was done with no issues and I would absolutely recommend spending the extra on the superior room as this includes a bath and shower so just had more luxury to the stay. The golf course was to an extremely high standard and despite the muddy and wet ground due to the weather there was still the ability to play all 3 courses. And discount was applied for staying in the hotel when it came to green fees.

It is a hotel that caters for groups of golfers. For the restaurant and bar you have to walk to the clubhouse a few hundred yards away. The restaurant would be better situated in the hotel where we were served breakfast. Other than that it’s a lovely place to stay
