With all of the construction had a hard time finding hotel with my rental car. Parking is very Tite. Best to have a small car.

Very clean, bar and restaurant aswell as a gym, lifts are fast, so when your on the 9th floor it's superb, 5 mins from the city centre

Is a wee bit out of city centre but we wanted to be closer to the west end so it was an ideal location for us

2x we went for breakfast at 9am there was a lot of food items not stocked up so we didn’t get any fruit or yogurts. The things that was available was warm. We was awake both days at 7am with horrendous loud noises of a building being demolished outside. (A Saturday & Sunday too!) This was a stay for us to get a break away from Children etc and get a good sleep. However the sleep was horrendous the noise was extremely loud and it lasted the entire days. We was on floor 7 but we could still hear the workmen’s conversations and the building works lasted 7am-5pm.

Room was slightly too hot and the temperature control didn't do much. We enjoyed our meal at Chop but the steaks had far far too much pepper on them which ruined that part of the meal sadly.

Complimentary upgrade to a suite was a nice surprise and the room was great. Location was ideal for the Hydro and breakfast was excellent.

The room was so hot. They duvets are far too thick for this time of year and we weren't made aware that it's next to a building site so since we had the windows open to compensate the heat we were woken at 6am with building work. There was also hair on the cleaned duvet and I know it's a pet friendly hotel but there looked to be loads of dog hair on the bed throw.

It had a lovely atmosphere and local to where we needed to be.

There was a construction happening on the street so it was little bit noisy and lots of hills in glasgow! Hotel was nice they dont have slippers in the room so keep in mind if you are using normally

The ongoing roadworks we’re a nightmare, noisy and we couldn’t get to the car park due to roadworks. The bathroom windows not being frosted was strange that too feel comfortable you had to roll down the blinds. Why was there not frosted windows for privacy (room 702)

Unfortunately, there were some road works around the hotel and we struggled to reach there (a lot of roads around were closed). However, the staff mailed us weeks before to inform us about it. The parking space is quite small but we were happy to have a slot for only 15£/day. Lastly we would have appreciated a bit more choices in the breakfast buffet.

Overall, beautifully decorated (The lobby, the room, ...), with a lot of facilities, gym, large space at reception, nice pool table... The room was large enough for the 4 of us, the beds were confortable, the bathroom quite large with a very nice shower. On top of all, it's very good value for money.
