Beds to firm and a bit to far from center.

Exceptional owners, very bright and clean. Good parking place. Everything we asked for was done with a smile. Nice restaurant nearby, but the walk to town good 25 minutes. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Breakfast was lovely. Debbie & Denise, the hosts, were so friendly and helpful, it was like staying with friends. Nothing was any trouble for them. Facilities are brilliant. So nice to have a lounge area to sit in, rather than having to sit in your room. Lounge also has a large TV. Also had a cellar bar which was great, even though we only used it once. Decor is bright and fresh. Lovely outside space as well. Location good as able to walk into town along the sea front.

No fridge in room which made storing milk and food for our 2 year difficult. No lift access to top floor.

The owners were super friendly and accommodating. Location close to train station, family suite was a good size room.

Location was excellent for access to the beach and sea front. Breakfast was wonderful with several choices available. Dietary requirements were easily accounted for and nothing seemed too much trouble for our hosts.

I would have liked to have had a box of tissues in the room.

The location was perfect for our requirements. A quiet location but within walking distance of the seafront. Breakfasts were delicious, with quality ingredients. Hostesses were welcoming and friendly, and fulfilled our request for breakfast to go on our leaving day.

We were warmly welcomed and during the entire stay we were well taken care of. Breakfast at the Sandpiper is prepared according to personal wishes for each guest. The location of the hotel is quiet and after a short walk you are at the sea und the Harbour. Perfect! We felt very comfortable and recommend a booking at B&B Sandpiper! The Whole in the Wall in Torquay pub has very good food, a good drink selection and live music. You should definitely stop by there.

Staff soooo friendly. A great sized room, all very clean, and tea and coffee available. Plug sockets in correct locations along with usb ports. Great decor, couldn't fault it. Breakfast gorgeous and service top notch.

There was nothing I would improve.

The hosts are very welcoming and considerate of your needs without being intrusive. They are interested in your visit and make suggestions of trips to make and places to visit. An excellent base for visiting Torquay and the surrounding South Devon area. Excellent choices for breakfast - well cooked with attention to detail. This was my second visit and was as enjoyable as the first.

I hadn't realised Torquay was so hilly and it was a hard walk up, for me, from the seafront. lovely place to stay but you may like to bear that in mind

The only thing I could say would be a fridge in the room would have been great when travelling with a family lots of snacks need to be refrigerated so we had to travel with a little fridge.

The room was spotless, light and airy with lots of windows for a lovely breeze whilst getting ready for the wedding we were attending. The breakfast was delicious, it was hot, freshly made and had everything you could want. The tea was lovely, fresh pot with two cup fulls was perfect. The kids loved the endless orange juice and toast. The ladies who run it were just so lovely. The views from our room were beautiful, the kids liked to watch the train go past in the distance!
