A fabulous spot to relax and unwind. Ian had thought of everything, there was nothing that we wanted for during our stay. The setup is amazing, there is a big barn space with a large communal kitchen and dining room - each tipi has there own cupboards with crockery and utensils, there is a shelf in the fridge and a separate bathroom so although the space is communal it each site has a dedicated space. The tipi was so much bigger than we expected, it hard incredibly comfortable furnishings and the log fire was such a treat. It rained through the night and we had the most cozy sleep. We also loved the quiet setting and beautiful countryside views from the spa. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the pub in Hartington, visited the local shops and went on a walk through the dales - a perfect weekend!

There was a slightly over-friendly cat

The yurt felt very private and so cosy. The woodburner heated up the yurt really well. The furnishings and facilities were of a very high standard plus well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We were given speciality coffee and fry up breakfast which was lovely.

The privacy and quality of the tipi (and facilities) were so far beyond our expectations. As first time glampers it's definitely ruined camping and set the glamping bar sky high! We were so relaxed when we left it felt like we'd been on holiday for 2 weeks, not 2 days. The service was out of this world, not in the least because Ian would heat the hot tub whilst we were out in the day so it was hot for our return. Exactly what was needed after a long day of walking! The location is a great distance away from some of the best Peak District locations. We crammed in so much in the short time we were there and, with the hot tub, were able to completely unwind and relax as well!

This is not a negative on the business at all, but there was lots of flies, dead and alive. We are in the country though so of course they are going to be around and to be honest I dont blame them for squatting out at the tepees haha.

Every little detail exceeded expectations, not cheaply either. A lovely ora is within the farm, staff customers and animals, however you also have a lot of privacy within your own tepee and garden area. Ian was lovely. The bed is SO comfortable. They put a birthday banner up as a surprise. The bathroom had hair appliances, towels and robes, as well as hair, body and hand washes. There was a fully stocked and very modern equipment kitchen, lots of games and books available to borrow. Fancy plastic glasses as well as glasses and crockery. Tea facilities in the room. Cupboards, fridge shelf, freezer shelf and bathroom all allocated to each tipi. I honestly cannot applaud our stay anymore!

Property was beautiful, didn’t feel like camping / glamping. Wood fired hot tubs were fab addition & each tipi had individual bathroom which were beautiful and spotless.

We wasn't very prepared for the self catering aspect.. so a little more info about where you can get food from would be good. Also towels for the hot tub could be provided separately to wash towels.

Nothing to not like! Everything was marvellous.

This place is magical! Is so quite and peaceful, everything was spot on. Tipi was up to standard 100 out of 10! Everything was ready for our arrival we couldn't wish for a better place to stay in Peak District if you still hesitate to book don't you won't regret it! Every Tipi has a private bathroom which was a bonus. Lovely host, we will definitely come back one day.

An incredible glamping experience with excellent facilities and well thought out design. We had everything we needed and loved the hotub which was warm for us on arrival and when we went out for the day. The dedicated kitchen and bathroom facilities were hotel standard. The bed was a dream to sleep in.

There’s nothing I didn’t like and is without doubt one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Ideal location if you want to be in the middle of the countryside with no traffic or noise, we found a couple of nice walks too. The facilities are 5* and it couldn’t be any cleaner! The owners are so friendly and helpful too!

Never been glamping before, but would definitely do this again! It was set in beautiful surroundings, the tipi was an amazing experience, decorated beautifully and many facilities within the tipi itself. The facilities away from the tipi were brilliant. The hot tub I have to admit was the best part! The eggs, bacon and sausage left for us for breakfast was soo tasty. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to go glamping. Plus there are plenty of walks nearby to go to in the daytime.
