There was nothing we did not like. The owners have put a lot of care into pleasing their guests.

This holiday let is beautiful. Its clean and very cosy. Its well maintained and as a kitchen which as all you need for cooking. The beds are all very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. A very well equipt property with great TV extras eg netflix, prime and good internet through out the property. We really felt at home here and its met all our needs.

Nothing negative to say. Maybe blankets in the bedrooms for the colder months as it was a tiny bit chilly when the heating went off in the night.

Very clean and in a great location. Lovely owners that were very attentive. Lots of little touches like plenty of towels and nice coffee and tea to be had! The best bakery around the corner as well!!

The communication from the hosts was excellent from preparing us for our stay and also during our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed and were comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and fresh linen provided. Fantastic location. Would highly recommend booking this property for your stay.

The street it is on but was very dark and tight for vehicles

Perfectly positioned to explore all of Scarborough, with lots of nearby amenities. Everything seems to have been catered for, from the obvious bedding and towels etc, to family games and books, and the owners regularly keep in touch to ensure your stay is a good one. We stayed in 2022, and were so impressed we booked again for 2023; it was good to see that even a year on the house is still as immaculately clean and well kept.

It was a little high on the wall for anyone not very tall.

The code was emailed to me prior to our arrival. The lockbox was easy to find.

The only thing we agreed was that we wish there was more than one key as there were 6 of us and a few more bins to put rubbish in on the upper floors. But other than that, there wasn't anything we didn't like :)

It was a lovely, comfortable stay and every member in our party enjoyed the house and all of its facilities. I don't even think we had enough time to appreciate everything Durham House had to offer. There were lots of amenities nearby (pub, shops, places to eat), and we loved staying in on our 2nd night to play some competitive games of Yahtzee 😂 A wonderful stay, definitely worth the money and we would definitely visit Scarborough again just to stay here. Also a quick shout out to Shaun & Ruth who were very attentive during our stay and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was okay and answer any questions we had. Thank you so much.

There's never anything to complain about Durham House. Stayed with my family for the past 2 years and now booked for next year just as we left the house! Perfect location for so many attractions, all kinds of shops on the doorstep and the town centre super close too! The house its self is immaculate, has literally everything you need. The hosts are amazing too, always go above and beyond and are super helpful if they're ever needed.

it was in an excellent location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Fabulous facilities and decor was so tasteful and done to a high spec. Quiet street and easy to park ( permits left for you) . Owners communicated well and we were extremely happy. Not added any photos as the ones on site are true to what you find so nothing to add
