The breakfast choice and quality was outstanding for a B&B. Lovely local produce. Fresh bowls of fruit, banana loaf, different jars of cereals and granola. Great selection of full English items, plus an amazing specials board. Tremendous value. The single room I stayed in had a lovely view of Looe bridge, and the sea in the distance and was spotlessly clean, with fresh milk every day , and a small selection of biscuits. Enormous bathroom with excellent shower. The hosts Tom and Paula were so helpful and friendly. I really could not fault them, the accommodation or the food. Truly outstanding.

Paula and Tom are lovely people who take great care to ensure that their guests enjoy their stay. The breakfasts were wonderful. The room was lovely and quiet with a great view.

The access is a little steep though from what we’ve seen, that’s normal in Looe. Other than this, it’s a wonderful place with a very warm welcome. We had a fantastic stay.

The house is on the slope, so entering it means going either uphill (from paid lower parking place, which we preferred as there was more space for our car) or going downing from the upper road where there can be some problems with parking. Really, one has to be careful not to slip down.

The room was nice and beds comfortable. Location ok, the hosts were amazing, we could chat with them forever! Thank you, both of you for your updated daily traffic info, it was super and helped us.

Superb breakfast with large selection of hot and cold food using local produce and cooked to perfection, even a special menu to order from if you fancied something different. Great facilities and everything spotlessly clean. The hosts Paula & Tom were brilliant with nothing too much trouble for them. Lovely location with wonderful views overlooking Looe harbour. We couldn't rate this place highly enough and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast had an excellent amount of choice. We had the full cornish which was delicious and the attention to detail with homemade produce was very good. Tom and Paula gave us a lovely, warm and friendly welcome and made us feel at home from the start. A perfect spring break.

All the steps up to the house, but we left fitter than when we came! Lack of on street parking but there is a huge carpark nearby.

Loved my stay in Looe! A nice escape from London, Looe is beautiful and the village of Polperro is closeby. The house is not far from the train station. Tom and Paula are friendly hosts and lovely people. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10 stay all around.

Nothing really. Met my expectations and exceeded them!

The breakfast was beautifully cooked, and enjoyable. Location quite near the station and in a prime spot for local restaurants and pubs. Room had a lovely view and met my needs, the welcome of biscuits and tea in my room was lovely especially after a long journey from Manchester! Paula and Tom were amazing and were so friendly and I had a good conversation, they care about their local area and are so knowledgeable! I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone, in fact I already have!

It has been a long time since I enjoyed such a delicious breakfast. The care and attention shown by the host and hostess towards making my stay a truly memorable experience, was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a home from home for 4 nights and if I go back to Looe I will definitely stay there again. Thank you 😊

Parking anywhere in West Looe is not easy (though we did squeeze into a space on the narrow road just above the property) and there are steep and narrow steps down to the house. On departure, it was easier to take the luggage down the steps to the road below the house, but that meant parking awkwardly while we loaded the car. It's worth it, though, for such a lovely B&B.

Paula and Tom were very welcoming and hospitable. Our room had a beautiful view, decoration and cleanliness were impeccable, breakfasts outstanding, and Tom helped us with our bags in the morning of departure. East Looe village is a short walk across the bridge, making it a really great place to stay.

Such a warm welcome at this guest house. The hosts are so lovely. The room is very clean and comfy. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location is only 8 minutes walking from the centre and you can do a beautiful Hike on the coastal path to Polperro

The beautiful view & hosts & all the 5 Star amenities Breakfast great - Paula makes her own homemade beans & jams Lotions robe cookies extra buttons slippers FACECLOTHS!!! even one for make up removal! Nice terrace to sit outside
