The road the flat is on is a bit sketchy. We had no problems, but friends were nervous for us walking to the flat at night. Also, the mould needs to be addressed. One interior wall has water damage that has contributed to mould and a mushroom growing indoors.

The flat is close to the beach, the gardens, and several bus lines. It is well set up for a short term stay (a week or two). The fitness room was nice to have access to on stormy days.

Pity there wasn't any way to make fresh coffee (we brought our own, with filters, but there wasn't even a jug that we could put the filters over and pour hot water through! We had to rely on eating out to get our fresh coffee fixes! We didn't in the end do much cooking, but still put all the crockery (mostly unused) into the dishwasher as requested.

Breakfast not included, so not strictly applicable - some biscuits and instant coffee/tea/biscuits/milk sachets was a nice touch. Greta location, with the Nisa store on the corner and restaurants very handy.

The apartment was clean, modern, and central but quiet. It would seem it was recently refurbished and had all facilities in very good order. Communication with the owner was excellent.. The apartment is on the top floor but that was fine for us. I would stay again.

We were staying in Apartment A which was at basement level so natural light was limited. It would have been nicer to have rented one of the apartments on the ground floor or above. The entrance to the car park was very narrow so anyone with a. Large car would find it difficult to access. We just made it with our wing mirrors tucked in!

The apartment was very well appointed and in an excellent central location so we could walk into town easily. Parking was also available which was very useful.

The location regarding the ‘hotel’ opposite. There were some drug/alcohol users around making noise late at night (screaming/shouting) most nights. One approached my husband in the local shop as a distraction for their friend so that they got away without paying for their items. We just felt uneasy.

No hook on the back of the bathroom door, the mirror in the bedroom doesn't light up, no emergency cooking oil etc, no welcome pack

The apartment is amazing, very stylish, very clean. The settee and bed are very comfortable. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, full oven, 4 ring hob, microwave and a full size fridge freezer. The shower is huge. We were at the back of the property so nice and quiet. There is a local shop within a 2 minute walk, and restaurants and bars in 2-5 minutes walk

Alleyway for parking was very tight. One of the remote controls for the TV a was very difficult to use. No lift so being at the top of the building and dragging our luggage up and down wasn’t ideal but it was totally manageable.

The location was great, the apartment was clean, stylish, modern and had everything we required. The gym was great added extra to have access to.
