Minimalist cottage right by the beach with views of St Michael’s Mount

No wifi (why?). Also no DVDs, books, games or even leaflets about local attractions. Very minimal, nowhere to hang coats or put shoes, or put brooms and drying rack. With very minor changes the house could have been disabled-friendly, why wasn’t this considered? MAKE SURE YOU DISPLAY YOUR PARKING PERMIT - I have just been charged £100 by Armtrac who didn't actually issue a ticket and refused my appeal because it was not within the specified time!

Fabulous location, light and bright inside. Heating worked well

Good quality holiday bungalow in a good position with breathtaking views of St Michaels Mount.

Nothing really, other than with a key in a box on the wall there is always concern the code will not work on arrival!

Nice spacious detached 2 bedroom bungalow that was one of nine similar detached properties. It is set just over the sea wall from the coast path in a quiet position and had an outdoor seat facing St Michaels Mount. It was conveniently set around 20 minutes level walk from the often very busy Marazion. Penzance was within 50 minutes flat walking. The bungalow was clean and well equipped and built as a holiday property so did not take away property from the locals . There was plenty of parking and 2 cafes within 100 yards.

No recycling facilities, no privacy from people walking sea path etc, Net curtains over bedroom windows would be useful. Patio door blind was not good as someone had removed the pole that adjusted it, so had to move everything by hand ok if tall, no much use if small. There is a running main rail line behind the cottage along with a working 24hour train depot a mile away, if you don't like noise it could be an issue, ok for us as I work in the industry.

Layout was excellent, bathroom was big, though we felt shower was a tad tiny. Clean and tidy, lots of utensils for two people but for a family of four they would struggle. There was a nice welcome gift of tea, coffee and some local goodies.

we arrived in a storm and the windows and doors were very draughty but once the heating kicked in we were warm. The bathroom felt like the window was open. itinerary said there was a hair dryer but I couldn’t find one. The DVD player didn’t have a connection wire to fit the tv. couldn’t find any recycling bins only black bins The freezer needed defrosting all very minor things as on the whole the property was very good and we enjoyed our week and were very comfortable

The bungalow was clean and tidy, modern and comfortable and plenty of space for a family of four in a great location to explore. We could walk out onto the beach towards Penzance or Marazion. Bungalow was comfortable and warm and had milk left in the fridge for us plus tea, coffee, biscuits and dishwasher tablets. Linen and towels were provided and beds were comfortable.

Kettle had note saying it sometimes did not work but tried multiple times and it does not work at all so needs removing as it's useless which meant we had to book water for coffee/tea painstakingly in pan. Paint falling off walks in multiple locations (by sliding door and by fridge) leaving lots of flakes of paint on floor which child was picking up. Infestation of ants throughout stay all over floors again ants were present in arrival. Toilet seat moved and needs to be securely fixed in place. Reasonably clean throughout although felt the floor could have been more thoroughly cleaned as there was some sand on floor before we arrived. No recycling facilities present or at least not mentioned to us so all recyclable items were placed in general waste which is against our principles but had no choice.

Location good, spacious bathroom, amenities like dishwasher and washing machine. Good view over wall to St Michaels mount. Beds comfortable.
