Parking wasn't that easy, but we always found a free space, even if it meant a bit of a walk.

Lovely house, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Sea view from bright and cosy bedroom on the top floor. Great area for a holiday with loads to see and do. Convenient for pubs, shops, chippy, walks etc.

1 the parking was awful 1st car couldn’t even drop of cases anywhere near property .2nd car manage to drop of cases.spent a very long time trying to get parking.dappen our trip.2i know there not a lot you can do about the stairs structure .but a longer handrail would be better.its not suitable for young family’s at all.very steep.maybe the host could look into getting a parking permit for guests.i think summer would be a nightmare parking.sad because the property is lovley .got woken up at 12 at night by people from pub coming out.not the host fault at all.

The house is really nice and the decoration was lovely and lot of effort has been put into it.little courtyard for the dog .beds were so comfy.super pet friendly .nice tea and coffee selection..big kitchen everything you need .hosts were great with messages.

Fabulous property decorated beautifully. A brilliant location just minutes away from Chesil beach. We spent Christmas there and it couldn’t have been better. The hosts were excellent and accommodating.

If you go out in the evening by car, you may struggle to find a parking space when you return. There is no banister leading into the top/single room. Thus, you need to be careful walking down the stairs. Additionally, the main staircase has holes in the groves. So, do be careful if you are staying with little ones.

This property was perfect and beautiful! I didn't want to leave. It was exceptionally clean and presented beautifully. There is plenty of space and it is very comfortable to be in. Guests can control the heating and the property communication in great with all the relevant information. The sea view is stunning and I wanted to move in. There is a co-op 2 minutes up the road should you wish to top up on anything. The property has a variety of teas and coffees.

Absolutely nothing:)

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and super clean. It was ideally positioned for a long weekend enjoying all the excellent facilities at the sailing centre just down the road. Quieter than neighbouring Weymouth but still plenty of pubs and shops in walking distance. Close by free parking was always available.

The cottage is on the main road. Thus, at night, it's a bit noisy. The stairs looked stylish but were slightly scary to climb with a baby and difficult for old parents.

It was a lovely cottage with beautiful interior. Also it was quite close to the beach, only 7min walk. It had all modern amenities, perfect stay for a family. They arranged a lovely cot for our baby.

The stairs we felt were abit awkward...my parents are both in their 70s...and our little dog kept running up and down...🙈 a bannister at the top staircase would have been really helpful.

We loved the decor of the cottage, it was very quirky. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was in a great location to where we needed to be. It was extremely clean throughout...we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean property. Well decorated, and had everything we needed for a short stay near Chisel Beach. We wanted a location mid way from most of top 5 Dorset coastal locations to drive west, then east in a 2 night stay. Shops and a Boots pharmacy very close to the cottage which came in handy.

The stairs are a little bit hazardous, but not dangerous as long as kids know to go slow :)

A beautiful little cottage in a beautiful location. We found a beautifully maintained, tidy, clean cottage. Nice decoration, all the necessary items in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and the brilliant quirkiness of a little house built on the side of a hill. Views from the top floor are incredible too

the road noise was more than anticipated but we got used to it and it was more than made up for by the extras such as blankets and tea/coffee

unfortunately there is another cottage with exact same name nearby that can cause confusion if you don’t use the exact postal address for your destination while driving.
