Beautiful place, loved the open space and two toilets lol. Very clean, everything you need is there. Perfect location- right by the beach and about a 15-20 min walk straight down to the pier.

Busy road outside the front and parking in Brighton is extortionate but that isn't the flats fault.

There was nothing we didn't like

A well situated apartment right on the sea front. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable. All amenities a short bus ride away. Spacious and welcoming the perfect place to stay for a short break in Brighton. A very helpful and understanding host who's communication was prompt and efficient. We highly recommend this property .

4th time I've stayed here. A fantastic apartment. My only complaint is that because it's a basement flat there's not phone single inside. However the wifi is great for internet.

There was no freezer that we could find, which if you are eating out is no issue but we just wanted to have ice for drinks. A very minor thing but some people may be bothered by this! A full cocktail making set (we were impressed by this) but no facility for ice for them!

A very comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated basement apartment with all the facilities you could want for a weekend or week's stay. A cozy lounge area, well equipped kitchen diner, comfortable double bedroom and clean bathroom with an easy-to-use bath/shower. Situated in Kemptown around 25 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton, or a few minutes on the frequent bus services with a stop very close on Marine Drive. Long term parking is limited nearby, but we parked at Asda's car park by the marina using JustPark. Around 15 mins walk away or a short bus ride - paid £25 for two days. Great communication with the owner, no problems at all.

I love this apartment, the only slight improvement would be the bedroom pillows - felt old and lumpy. Everything else was great though.

An exceptionally cosy apartment for the winter, very snug and warm. The kitchen is perfect for cooking seasonal dishes with all the utensils required and a double-stove cooker.

Sea front apartment but hardly you can see the Sea from Window. Also they didn’t mentioned it’s lower ground floor apartment. There is no Mobile network. Only options is Wifi. But wifi signal is good. I asked owner before booking the property about sea view he confirmed me to sea view from room but it’s really hard to view from room.

Very Clean, Everything is there. Owner take care small and every bit. There are tea, Coffee, Suger, 30+ Spices, Clean towel, clean shower, toilet with all kind of toiletries.

The only (very minor) thing is the shower was a bit difficult to use, struggled to get it to stay hot or cold - was either freezing or boiling hot. (However, that is the only thing, and it wouldn’t effect us staying again)

Nothing springs to mind or that I discovered

Fantastic throughout. Comfy bed, sofas (sofa bed) completely stocked kitchen even down to condiments and little tidbits. Same with the bathroom. Plenty for entertainment from lovely size TV, Virgin Media, Quality Wi-Fi so the kids don’t moan. But for those who like a good book and board games nice little selection to keep you going. Quick and polite correspondence with the owner throughout. Would certainly go back

Such a lovely property we-we're just gutted we had to leave a day early as we don't get to stay away often alone being parents to 4 children but we had a great day on Thursday the weather was a added bonus for us 😁 we would recommend this propety we found it to be clean spacious and bright thank you
