We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pods for the coffee maker were the wrong ones, so could not make a cup. Fuse burner 30 mins after arriving to the room. This was corrected later on bybthe staff. The tv's stand by light started flickering very brightly at 3am, waiking us and would only stop after I turned the tv on and the off. The reception was informed about the coffee pods and the tv's stanby at check out. I hope these have been corrected.

United KingdomStaff were friendly and very accommodating. Thanks to housekeeping, they added a zbed to our room at the last minute when an extra person had to be added due to a ferry cancellation. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast were both very good.

A good sized hotel with great staff. Due to the size of the hotel it felt homely, rooms were beautiful & immaculate. Food was excellent & well priced. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Views from the dining room and executive bedrooms are stunning, especially when the sun is setting.

Very good lift. Beautiful views. Great food. Lovely helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful even tho there was a bar downstairs we never heard a peep, and it is very close to the beach. We had plenty of room to be comfy in the awful bad weather that we had. We even had a Tv we could actually watch Netflix films on. The cooking was superb. Brilliant Eggs Benedict. Thankyou. There was a lovely balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Not for children tho. Fabulous large bath tub and superb large shower for more than one person. Such a lovely hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Isle of Arran and Bute also are nearby if you get a ferry. Get a Sea view room if you can. When we arrived the hotel had changed hands 2 weeks before but retained many staff I believe. They were all doing a marvellous and very professional job.

Lovely 9 bedroomed boutique hotel recently refurbished to a high standard. Very friendly staff and a lovely lounge bar on the ground floor. Restaurant on the first floor looking over to Arran serving good quality gastro pub type food at a reasonable price.

The hotel was very welcoming by Monica from entering as well as the restaurant staff. The hotel was spotless and the room was very nice. We had dinner & breakfast which were very nice.

Massive improvement on the breakfast from our trip last year, which was great as this was included in the price. Staff were all friendly and the room was absolutely spotless.

The rooms were so spacious and immaculate, very good facilities including a stand alone bath, hairdryer, robes, iron and ironing board. The balcony and view was exceptional and looked right onto Arran. Amazing staff who were very attentive including Cameron in The View restaurant who let us sample some of his amazing cocktails! Can’t wait to come back!

United KingdomThe village it was located in was lovely, beautiful and had a lot of heritage and the hotel added to it also. The locals were friendly, welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself was beautifully located, room was modern, spotless and wonderfulI. The staff very polite and professional. I most certainly would return and I think me and my partner have found a nice regular wee getaway home for the future. Highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 all round.
