It is undergoing a refurb so scaffolding is in place at the front. The refurb is needed as some areas are a bit in need. This did not detract from our enjoyment.

The breakfast was great. Freshly cooked to order and as much as you liked. The evening meals on offer were delicious home cooked fare. The staff was friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They all definitely went the extra mile for sure. Great tips on places to visit. Great for dog lovers.

Great location with good views overlooking Falmouth Harbour area Character inn but in need of some interior TLC Attentive breakfast service with generous, freshly prepared portions

Sadly there was some scaffolding on the front of the building, which didn't impact my stay but that will be gone when some work is completed.

Everything, breakfast was excellent and the range of beers in the bar was very good.

Location up a very steep hill. We didn't have a car so horrendous walk from town up to hotel although after four days we were doing it much easier. As mentioned elsewhere had we had a car parking would have been difficult as we were there over a long weekend. I think parking in July or August would be virtually impossible.

Room was a bit compact and with only one comfortable chair but had all the usual amenities ( except for aircon of course - this is England ). Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The smoked haddock for breakfast was a real treat. We had one meal in the pub which we enjoyed but no food service on Monday or Tuesday unfortunately. We had a nice seaview albeit framed by scaffolding as mentioned in other reviews.

Staff availability on the morning of departure although admittedly I was short of time. Consequently I did not receive a VAT invoice and this is something I require for my employers accounts records. I have requested that they send me this VAT invoice and await their response.

I enjoyed the breakfast and as I know Falmouth quite well was pleased with the location.

I had a beautiful sea view room, which I specifically wanted for my stay. However, the building was undergoing repairs and my views were restricted/blocked by scaffolding and building work which was a shame. It was not an issue for me, however the pub music was loud and could be heard in my room which could bother some guests.

I loved the location of the B&B, it was on top of a hill but has a direct route into town which made travelling really easy. The B&B itself is located in a little lively pub which creates a great atmosphere, the hosts and staff were very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was really quick and delicious.

No complaints, though maybe the breakfast wasn't quite as good as I'd hoped.

It was OK. First morning I had a cooked breakfast, I would class it as satisfactory. Staff very friendly and welcoming and had a nice ale in the evening. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Not really a complaint but, like the rest of Falmouth, it's on street parking. However the Quarry car park is 6 mins away, is 24 hour parking and is a reasonable cost.

Very friendly pub, good beer, centrally located (5 mins from the town centre)
