Nothing at all! Everything was excellent.

We visit the highlands every year from Fife and I think we have found our new place to stay! Everything at the Seelies was absolutely fantastic. The contact and messages from the owners were quick, efficient and friendly. The apartment was very luxurious with great style and very comfortable for us all to relax after a long day! Facilities were excellent and everything we needed for a self catering stay was provided! Place was also immaculately clean. Cannot recommend this place any higher. We will definitely be returning stayers in the future!

Only thing to suggest is to have another mirror somewhere in the property.

Very cute apartment and loved the decor, and even better that it was pet friendly. Quiet little town and if visiting near again we would definitely be back.

We really struggled to collect the keys. My booking was for 1 night on 31/03/2024. Beacuse I never received an email where to collect the key I decited to email the property in the morning on 31 March. Never received any reply. When we reached the property there was nobody to ask for the key, no reception, no host. I called the number provided on the booking.com but nodoby answered. Left message on voicemail but nodody called back. we were there nor about an hour and at that time I thought- this cannot be true. But then my friend googled The Seelies Aparthotel and found a different phone number on their website. She called and somebody finally answered, gave us the code for the key box and told us the name of the apartment. I dont know what I would have done if my friend hadnt come up with this idea. Afer checking in we called again and ask for a little compenstaion-we could check out 1h later. I am writing this reviev on 3 April and only tody I received an email from booking.com with the name of our apartment and code for the key box. HAHA.

The studio apartment was decorated beautifully and had fantastic facilities. I made the mistake of not noticing it was an open plan apartment and this was not quite what I was looking for. I phoned the owner and they went over and above trying to help us then found us a larger apartment! Much appreciated!

Be aware that there is only one sofa for an apartment that sleeps 6, but there are dining chairs. Also only 4 plates, which has clearly been stocked for 6 in the past as there are 6 bowls.

We had a minor issue with the heating, but the hosts were very helpful to get this sorted and they responded to messages instantly.

The Queens Apartment was absolutely stunning. The decor is very relaxing, being both traditional in style but contemporary at the same time. Facilities were excellent and everything that you need was there, including lots of towels and plenty of bedding along with tea and coffee, milk etc. The location was very easy to find and access was no problem at all. We arrived by train and the station is close by. The Seelies is well located on the high street and there are plenty of places to eat out and also shops if you want to cook in the apartment.

Car park is small and on the Saturday evening couldn't get my car on there so I parked myon the road , car got hit on the road over night but no message left . Shower was only warm couldn't get it hot .

We didn’t feel comfortable with the transparent glass panes around the door, we felt it lacked privacy so we ended up covering it up at night. A blind or frosted glass at least would be much more comfortable.
