Car parking space a little awkward. Main light in lounge very 'white' therefore not very relaxing/warm. No access to spares eg bin bags, toilet rolls etc if needed.

Great location for the town. Nice, cottage feel. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good value.

New kettle needed...as scaled up and no filter...some deep cleaning in certain parts ie:cutlery drawer,wall near radiator in kitchen..washing machine cupboard.

The only thing that lets this cottage down is the mould on tiles in bathroom, not excessive but not a good look. The stairs, although authentic to the date of cottage could cause problem for those less agile.

The location was perfect, a mile from Holkham & the wonderful beach, a short drive to Wells beach with its pretty beach huts & a 2 minute walk to shops & cafes/pubs. Cottage was warm, comfy & spacious with 2 parking spaces. The cottage has steep stairs which could be a problem for the less agile. We throughly enjoyed our stay & would go back.

The shower curtain could do with a clean. The stairs were very narrow, but we knew that. Second double bedroom, bed was a bit hard. Cooker hood does not work.

The house is in a great position. Very comfortable. All you could need for cooking. Great for walking to the shops and the beach.

Cupboard in kitchen doesn't shut. Couple of weeds outside. Uneven floors.....but eh it's an very old cottage 🙂

we couldn’t get the heating in the bedroom to warm the room on the second night , we had to put the door back on in the garden area looked like it had be abandoned , and the downstairs toilet had a broken toilet seat , very little problems but just a shame as they were all very fixable

great location very nice cottage ,a lovely feel to the place and the lounge is so relaxing and out bedroom was very comfortable.

the cottage was amazing but the kitchen needs updating. but was spotlessly clean.

location was the reason I booked this cottage. parked my car up and you can walk everywhere. the cottage was spotless and I loved that it had a downstairs toilet.

Tired, older property, kitchen felt a bit grimy in drawers etc downstairs toilet walls peeling and outside bench had been repaired but the rest was dirty. Get rid of … Also get in time too late in the day and early get out, could not relax as worried might oversleep on leaving day!

Nothing really wrong with cottage, although carpet in lounge & paintwork/tiles in main bathroom could do with updating.

The actual cottage location was spot on, easy access to other parts of local area (villages/Quays/Beaches etc). Facilities (taking into account my medical needs) were very good.

The kitchen, dining area, downstairs toilet and attic bedroom weren't of a good standard. There was a lot of evident damp in the toilet and attic. The kitchen was badly equipped with what looked like cast offs from a junk shop and the provision for recycling was non existent.

The location was good and quiet. The sitting room, bathroom and first floor bedrooms were comfortable and warm.

It smelt of damp. The downstairs toilet is definelty damp and the stairs. We should have informed that there were builders next door. The cottage is lovely but needs an upgrade and damp proofing. If you are expecting a garden it is tiny which maybe a problem if you have a dog.

Small double bedroom mattress was awful, sleep in the chair! Water pipes made noise all through the night, telly was very dated

Wasn't clean enough fridge needed more cleaning. It was very dusty. Paint coming off walls. Garden furniture was filthy

Stayed at september cottage before. Great location great cottage and bonus is a car parking space I would definitely recommend this cottage and the location
