Lovely property that's the perfect walking distance to the beach and town. Loads of room in the kitchen and lounge.

Advertised as 3 bathrooms but not really correct Yes 3 toilet facities. One bath with a hand-held shower and an ensuite. Outside bins are being used by others and putting wrong items in the blue recycling bin. We did, however, move unwanted items to waste bin to avoid non collection. Informed toilet rolls provided but a bit mean 1 new and 2 half used for 6 adults. Maybe coasters would be a good idea as we were concerned about marking the table.

A beautiful house that felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious and ideal for a group of friends. The location was perfect, a less than 5 minute walk from the main town area of Broadstairs.

Back door too hard for a 68 year old. First floor shower spray makes a mess. Kitchen taps loose. All fixable and didn't prevent a memorable family holiday.

One of the bedrooms was very draughty causing the door to rattle at night and the main bathroom lacks a proper shower. My group managed for a short stay.

The cottage is nicely decorated. It feels very homely with a nice open-plan downstairs area. It made it easy for us to be together as a group whilst doing separate things. The bedrooms were all cosy - in a good way - and care has been taken to provide good mood lighting. The sofas we very comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was nice and large and had plenty of crockery and cutlery. There was a log burner and the lounge area had been decorated for Christmas. That was a nice surprise. There are condiments and other goodies, left by others, which are always useful. Lots of tea towels too. The heating thermostat was simple to operate.

The property was exactly as described. Had everything you needed and an excellent location right next to the beach. It was quiet and the rooms were spacious.

Struggled with the Now TV and the microwave but had very prompt and helpful assistance from the owner who lives locally, would help to have some instructions for appliances or a how to guide. We are very familiar with Broadstairs and so parking wasn't an issue for us on this trip.

Comfortable house and well equipped. Meet the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. Location good for accessing the town, beach plus virtually on the door step is a friendly corner shop and bus stop. We hope to return next year.

Broadstairs is like a well kept secret. It is SO unspoilt with a proper bucket and spade feel. Traditional seaside shops and a great bar restaurant on the beach. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so the grandkids could run in and out of the sea all day long. The house was lovely, clean, nicely presented and a very short walk to the beach. A fabulous holiday.

perfect location easy parking once unpacked cars didn’t move we were central to everything!! Cafes on hand for breakfast’s and pubs and restaurants for meals . Our group ranged from 8 to 91 and it catered for all perfect family getaway ☺️

Just a couple of suggestions - the lounge could do with a coffee table, we brought the outside table in and cleaned it up a bit. Plus the top bedroom is a bit noisy because there is no door on it, but I appreciate that it would be difficult to fit one. The main bathroom could do with a shower curtain

Street parking was tricky but there was a paying car park nearby. For those sensitive to noise, the boiler located in the smallest bedroom was quite noisy in addition to the doors on the first floor. All minor points.

Cost, comfortable and well equipped house. We really enjoyed our stay and the location.
