Serenity lodge exceeded all expectations. The lodge and location was just perfect. The bed WOW. I highly recommend a visit to Serenity lodge, we will 100% be visiting again.

There was nothing that I would want to change about our stay.

Everything! It was just perfect! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The location is amazing, so peaceful. That's all you can hear is the stream and wildlife.... Heaven! The lodge was spotless with everything you needed for a cosy stay. The bed was so comfy that we had the best sleep. Carly and Paul were the best hosts. They couldn't do enough to make our stay magical. They catered for everything we needed, even down to marshmallow and sticks to roast on the fire. I would highly recommend this lodge if u want to get away and enjoy peace and quiet and beautiful scenery. We will definitely be going back to this beautiful little lodge.

Serenity is a wonderful place to drop off the map! Carly and Paul are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We loved how we could relax and re charge whilst listening to the river, birds and animals. The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable, warm and clean

Completely out of hosts hands but the decking was really slippery due to rain and we did slip a couple of times so just need to be cautious when walking outdoors in the rain

The location was absolutely beautiful and Paul and Carly couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so peaceful waking up to the sound of the river and birds in the morning. Stunning place !

Lovely remote location with nothing but Mother Nature around you! We cooked most nights on the camp fire whilst sipping alcohol. We were lucky as we stayed over the hottest weekend in august during a national heatwave and the lodge is a lovely sun trap to sit and soak up the rays! If the sky is clear, stargazing is a must! You may even see the odd shooting star! Highly recommend!!!

Paul and Carly were delightful hosts - so helpful and welcoming. The location is magical and a dip in the pool an absolute must. We would definitely come again.

The generator was a little noisy but to be expected.

The lodge is inaccessible for sports or low cars and needs to be advertised as such. There was no warning of this before booking until we got an email on the day of our booking that the road was "a little rough due to the weather but every car can make it" when that is absolutely not true as I bottomed out many times and it would have been impossible to get there with my previous car. I also wasn't able to message the owner during our stay, I could only see messages they sent us but could not reply. I think this is a problem with booking rather than the owner though.

Beautiful little lodge with nothing but nature around, very enjoyable place to stay. Come prepared for a remote stay with no power, but they provide firewood and bring fresh ice to keep any food fresh, lovely place to stay! Unfortunately I had to lower my score for this beautiful place due to the lack of communication about the road to get there, it's not a problem in any suv or in most normal cars, but this place is inaccessible for sports or low cars and needs to be advertised as such.

Decking was extremely slippery and so was the wood path up to the toilet

Absolutely nothing!

This place is simply stunning! The property itself was beautiful and had so much character and little details to it that made it that extra special. Carly was so welcoming and friendly, and we were made to feel settled very quickly. The views were beautiful, and it felt as though you were in your own little world. Amazing experience!
