A slightly bigger fridge would have been useful, the capacity was very small. The bathroom used a macerator pump system which made noise whenever it was in use. Also the location of the studio flat in the house meant there was some noise from the rest of the house that came through the walls.

The flat was pretty well provisioned with efficient use of the space. It was good to have a folding table and chairs to sit at. It was quite close to the beach and in a nice area. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of information provided by the owners including a map with local attractions. The free WiFi was fast.

Nothing, really. The only minor criticism would be that some new pillows are needed.

Good location, easy access to Minnis Bay and Birchington railway station, making travelling along the coast very easy. Well, thought out accommodation and secure parking was a bonus. Particularly liked the little finishing touches like shampoo, tea bags, coffee, etc, that made the stay even better. The host was friendly and explained everything upon arrival. Recommended.

Location was key for me. Just great for a single person or couple on a short stay.

1 of the 3 nights we stayed... the weather had grown colder outside, and on returning to the room after being out all day into the late evening, it felt cold, and slightly damp in air and feel in the room, because of the drop in temperature outside. The extra blankets didn't help that night, we went to sleep in the cold, and woke up in the cold. As we didn't want to disturb an already sleeping family/hosts, as it was late. It was only that one night, the rest were milder. But due to the colder night, we looked on the information sheet left in the room for us, to see if there was any information about or concerning the 1 radiator in the room, so we could feel warmer and take the damp chill out of the room. There was no information on how to turn on/work the radiator. My only advice, please add information about using/working the only radiator and form of heat in the room... to the information sheet you leave in the room. Especially as the weather is changing and coming into winter months. On that one evening and morning after, we really needed that heat, and had no way of knowing how to work the digital dialled radiator, or if we were even able to use it at all. My only constructive criticism! Thank you.

The local area, and the people so friendly. The beach, and the fact its only a 10 minute walk or less to the beach front, from Seven Seas accomodation. The fact the local shops, cafes & restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away from our place of stay. The information notice, left for us in the room, telling us some important information about the room, and local area. The hospitality of Gareth & family before and during our stay. The 7 mile coastline walk we took from Minnis Bay to Botany Bay, we will do the other 9 bays after Botany Bay, taking us to Pegwell Bay when we return, or maybe go cross country on the Reculver route. The peacefulness of the cul-de-sac, where property is situated, and the friendly neighbours. The outside seating, a nice touch too. The fact there is a little kitchenette with the room, with all you'd need, if you wanted to make food in the accomodation. The accomodation was clean & comfortable, and the extra blankets came in handy, Thank you! We enjoyed our stay at Seven Seas 🌊, we will be back soon😀. Thank you.

Anyone booking this accomodation needs to heed the description as a studio flat with a kitchenette. There is only a mini fridge so anyone wishing to self-cater will need to shop frequently

The flat is in a great location to walk to the sea front. The owner was really quick to respond to any queries or concerns and everything you need has been provided. A great little flatlet

I was on my own, so it didn't really matter, but I didn't like the glass door to the en-suite.

It was quite near the beach which was delightful. Being able to park off the road was important due to my mobility difficulties as was being on the ground floor. The shower was lovely and hot and a good pressure. The host Gareth introduced himself and to make sure everything was okay. It is an excellent location for many beaches, places of interest and shopping. There were thoughtful additions left to use such as food wrap and foil.

Cosy has been mentioned in a few reviews but it was certainly adequate, we didn’t come to such a fantastic location to stay indoors..

Seven Seas was clean and well equipped and in a fabulous location.. We wanted for nothing and couldn’t fault it..

It’s such a shame, with a few small tweaks this property could be amazing! The little kitchen area was well equipped but use of the space was all wrong, with the removal of some wardrobes (storing private items?) a kitchen worktop could be placed along the back wall which would enable proper electric sockets for use of kettle and toaster, ( we had to boil the kettle on the floor) the extension lead didn’t reach. The bed was so uncomfortable and could really do with being replaced, there is a mattress topper on the mattress but all this does is turn the mattress into a waterbed effect. We ended up moving out after just one night and went to stay at the travel lodge instead.

The only thing for us anyway, was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that everything else was superb

Nice quiet location. Flat very well thought out. Everything we needed was there. Liked the fact there was a ceiling fan. Gareth was very pleasant/ helpful and approachable. We would definitely stay there again.
