Everything was good no negatives from me.

Perfect location to access Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Peaceful with a great view of the orchard, spotted some deer. Lovely breakfast lots of choice. Access to beautiful lounge so not confined to bedroom.

Everything! Ellie was so welcoming and down to earth. Classy place with everything you could wish for. Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, 2 beautiful dogs and the whole lounge to ourselves one evening which was very unexpected. Definitely recommend this gem and worth every penny. 🤗

Just very small concern, but, the parking is bit difficult to park and go out.

We Stayed in the orchard suite which was light, spacious and spotlessly clean with lovely views of the countryside. Ellie was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional. Would definately recommend.

Having to leave after only one day. Also, with such a luxurious and comfortable bed, coupled with a delicious breakfast, our start to the day was delightfully relaxed and our planned activities were justifiably delayed.

Stunning views, a delightful hostess and a fresh, modern & stylish suite and balcony. We saw deer in the orchards as we went for a romantic evening walk before a delicious meal at the local gastropods.

It was not a major issue but getting on and off the drive was a bit hairy with the traffic flow on the road - so a mirror in the hedge opposite the parking area would be a good idea.

Breakfast was delicious and such a lovely choice of fresh fruit! Products were all very good quality and we did not feel over-whelmed and uncomfortable afterwards.

We stayed for the one night in the Orchard suite and it was perfect! The bed was amazingly comfy, really nice touches in the room and bathroom was lovely and modern. Elide was a fantastic host and always on hand when we needed anything. The breakfast was lovely, with the smoked salmon & eggs on toast being a favourite. Will definitely be staying again! Thanks

It was a 10/10 stay.

What a truly special and wonderful property; a hidden gem. I had such a relaxing stay. The room was immaculate, the bathroom gorgeous, and Elide the host lit the open fire in the gorgeous living room where I relaxed and read a good book into the evening.

Everything was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Elide and her husband were wonderful hosts. Even the 2 dogs were adorable and very well behaved. The room was so comfortable with everything you needed for your stay. The choice of breakfast was lovely and all home cooked. My husband and I stayed for my 65th birthday. Thank you for making it so perfect.

Lovely little bed and breakfast. Host is very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is gorgeous and the views from our room were stunning. Facilities are very clean. Would highly recommend.

Car definitely needed to access local pubs and restaurants. In summer months it would be possible to walk to the local pub/restaurant but in October when we stayed, the unlit roads were too risky.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and some dishes specially made - soaked oats with yoghurt and berries. Bread made on site and full English included home grown tomatoes. The bedroom and the sitting room provide were both beautifully furnished and made it feel like home.

Nothing to be honest

Ellie was amazing very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help with our stay. We cannot fault the accommodation the breakfast the stunning surroundings. A pleasure to watch the birds at breakfast.
