Stayed in a single occupancy room, which was a little cramped, especially the en-suite bathroom. The wardrobe didn't have any clothes hangers.

Location good. Breakfast was a buffet which was satisfactory and gave a reasonable choice.

Room was stuffy, but there was no fan or way to open the window. Shower water pressure was good. Room had a hair dryer. No fridge.

Just better condition as it was advertised as boutique and looked better on the pictures, the 'delux' family room was just one room with 5 beds in

Staff were lovely, breakfast area and choice of food good, some a little cold, shame as rest was nice. Stairways are room decor are tired but beds and carpets were clean and very comfortable.

It was really loud, even at night. Disturbing was not only the noise of farm equipment, but also of the nearby pub. Due to leaky windows, we could hear everything from the outside. Hotel rooms should be renovated already, as it needs some refreshment.

Location is great! Close to metro, Kenisgton Park, Hyde Park, Natural Museum History:) Nice to have room service daily

Radiator leak which soaked carpet at bottom of bed. receptionist put down towels, but by morning they were saturated. Loose cracked tiles outside shower

Welcoming and helpful receptionist . Able to advise nearest bus to where we wanted to go. Clean and quiet room as requested. Branded tea/coffee and water in room.

Noise at night (ear plugs saved me), smell from the shower pipe that reduced after taking shower.

Friendly staff, great location, easy access to the hotel 24h, nice building from outside (loads of character in a nice area), clean bedding, bed was comfortable too; kettle, hair dryer & tv all in working condition, good for 1 night, met my expectations. I loved the story about the woman spy residing here!

First two nights, no sleep because of noise level from partying guests outside our rooms in court yard. But receptionist moved us to front rooms.

The mattress was soggy and threw my back out. I was shocked that it was also a single bed.

One of our three beds was severely in need of replacing. There’s also a nightclub operating in the back garden, which is really loud every night. Then in the morning, there’s a construction crew working on the façade, including jackhammers, starting at 8 AM. We had a white noise app that let us sleep through it but it’s definitely worth noting. We went to the supermarket for supplies but it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge or an option to purchase breakfast at a discounted rate for the week otherwise it’s $10 per person per day which is unreasonable for a family of four.

Location was amazing. It was really clean. The room was completely as advertised and it was a safe and easy community to be in with the supermarket around the corner.

The hotel is very very shabby. Moldy carpets, walls badly need painting and patched. No luggage rack or bench for suitcase, no closet or dresser to put things up off the filthy carpet.

Good location. When we complained about the shabby condition of our room we were moved to two rooms that had been partly updated.

Used cups were replaced on the tea tray but not the tea bags so on the last night only one of us could have tea. The shower was tricky to get the temperature right. There was no suitcase stand for unpacking.

The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom were a good size. The property was very quiet. For what we paid it was what we expected - basic - but all the same it was a good place to stay the night. We had been sent instructions to use a self service check-in system but in the end someone was there and the desk was always staffed when we walked by.

Room was not very clean, structural errors like water spill on the floor, and most importantly: we had to pay to leave out luggage in the lobby after checkout — first time that’s ever happened to me
