Very different to the photos on their website - this is a basic hotel The shisha bar at the back of the hotel was open all night meant that I had 2 nights of very poor sleep due to the noise Small room - bathroom had no space - had to open the shower door to sit on the toilet to have room for my knees - no room for bath mat on floor to come out of shower!

The room was very small with only 1’ between the bottom of the bed and the wall making movement round the room rather awkward. Although the room was rather tight for space I think it would have benefited from a small table or stand by the bed, fridge worked ok on the other side as a stand for drinks and a clock.

Good location nice little balcony close to tube and worked well for going to concert at the RAH. Would also have been good if visiting the main London museums.

The hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. The rooms desperately need a fresh lick of paint and a good deep clean. I really don't think there that bad for the money. The bathrooms are small but I was only staying 2 nights. The rooms aren't big but I only needed it for sleep and showering

Absolute perfect location. Your a 5 minute walk from earls court station which takes you everywhere. Tea and coffee in the room, fresh water provided. Clean towels daily. Meals available if needed. Fan provided, hair dryer. All the bedding was very clean including mattress, the beds were comfy. It was a great place for what I needed, somewhere to sleep, wash and change I wasn't in the room long enough to criticize. You have your own private bathroom. The hotel also has a lift

No fault of the hotel, but the building site right next door was very noisy. The room was tired looking and the bathroom had broken and cracked tiles. The bedroom was very tight for two people, but then this is London.

For a budget hotel it was clean and the staff were pleasant. The beds were comfortable and there were clean towels each day. It's a good location for the tube and getting around London, only a 20 minute walk to the Natural History museum and the V&A .

Both me and my sister had a single room. These were nothing like any picture on Booking.com web page. The room (CUPBOARD) was poorly maintained but clean. My sisters blind was broken and it was a nightmare for her trying to get the window to stay open.

The Location was fantastic for the V&A and Hyde Park The lady on reception was very nice and helpful and the fresh croissants for Breakfast

The lift was tiny. Hard to fit in two people with luggage. The hallways had old carpeting. The room was disappointing. It was extremely small with little room for two people to move about and even put suitcases. Bathroom too was like a tiny closet. The room had a tiny table fan but a larger floor fan would have been better. There was no table lamp for reading by the beds; only a ceiling light.

Great location. Nice lobby, good breakfast and pleasant staff. Room was clean.

The shower was extremely bad with basically no regulation between super cold and super hot water. There were no water pressure in either shower or tap… The WiFi connection was terrible, with no possibility to even surf lightly. the possibility to store clothes other than in the cabin or the floor was not there.

The location of the hotel was the reason for us choosing it. And the size of the room.

Mould in the shower ceiling. Shower was like a swamp, shower water wouldn’t go down the plug so it flooded the bathroom a little. Extremely warm in the room however a fan was provided, just wasn’t very strong. No “Do Not Disturb” sign was provided to us in our room. The toilet only flushed once every 10/15 minutes. This meant flushing the toilet between 3 people in the mornings was awkward and time consuming. Wasn’t much wardrobe space for a room with 3 people, only 5 hangers provided. No mini fridge in the room. Only had one key card between three people, would’ve been good to have one more key card.

Location was good, close to tube station. Toiletries and some tea and coffee provided. Checkin and check out was very simple and quick. Vending machine was reasonably priced. Wifi was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Location is good, but rooms are tiny and very stuffy. It was unbelievably hot. Could not sleep and only 1 fan with 3 of us in the room. Though very clean and comfy beds. Marie was very helpful too.

Tired looking rooms carpet stained and the worlds smallest bathroom but we overlooked all of this because the location was so good

Location. Fantastic easy walking to museums parks train stations cafes shops bars it’s all here. Safe to walk streets and absolutely beautiful terraces.

The photos make the hotel look far nicer than it is although it wouldn't take much to bring it to a far better standard. It meant that when we arrived we quickly felt that we'd been misled. Hall carpets desperately need to be cleaned and simple maintainance addressed.

The staff were lovely and the location was extremely convenient. The breakfast buffet was very high quality although the selection could have been better. Rooms were clean and had excellent WiFi and smart TV. Bathroom was small but modern. We would be happy to stay again, although it's not necessarily the hotel we would hunt for first.

I think you should look at the price of breakfast £10.00 per head is to much for what is available children should not have to pay as much as adults our 2 children had a slice of toast each and a hot drink.

Staff were great Room was family room it was comfortable towel’s were clean and plenty of soap shampoo etc bed was clean room was quiet and a fan was left in our room.

Construction started just outside the door early in the morning. So loud we could not sleep. The shower in room 002 need to be thoroughly cleaned. Water temperature in the bathroom was unstable.

The most friendly staff you could ask for. Happy to help. Was able to check in earlier by 3 hours with an extra charge. Also checking out 30 minutes later without an extra charge. A 5 star rating for all of the staff that we interacted with.
