We had a lovely stay at Shellseekers. The hosts were friendly, and our room was very clean. We both found the bed very comfortable and slept really well - even though our room overlooked the road, it was very quiet at night. The B&B was in a good location, and it was easy to walk to restaurants in Looe.

Coffee served at breakfast could be improved. Didn't cater for coffee lovers who like that first strong cup in the morning.

Carrying luggage from on street loading bay to property. This is not a criticism and just a consequence of the properties fantastic location. The dedicated parking permit for nearby car park more than acceptable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.The location was good but didn't realise it was on a road, but we slept well anyway as it wasn't busy at night.

Daft thing really, but the bed pillows and mattress could have been a bit softer but for someone else it may be perfect! The parking was a bit of a walk away and the carpark itself was chaotic and at a standstill for ages making it very difficult to just park up and relax.

The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Our room with the balcony was beautiful and we loved that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean with good provisions.

Nothing not to like, but if I had to be picky no parking outside B&B but the carpark was near.

The B&B was in a great location, with a lovely view. Very close to the shops, pubs and beach.

Location was perfect, room was well equipped and the view from our room was stunning. The scene changed all the time with the river so close and if you enjoy chilling and watching the world go by it’s perfect. The town with lovely restaurants and beach is only 5 minutes stroll. There were so many nice extras, like the fact you could use the veranda with lovely view to have a takeaway. Plates and cutlery provided and the view is better than any restaurant. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful and you feel they have so much experience that nothing was missing. Breakfast was delicious and with a very good choice. Excellent value for our stay. Looe is delightful with lots of activities to do like a seal spotting boat trip, kayaking etc.

The mattress was a little hard for us but in no way stopped us sleeping.

Shellseekers is situated on the opposite side of the town overlooking the harbour and has an amazing view. It is so easy to go into town.

Spotlessly clean, bright, modern and airy room with a view of the harbour (stayed in room 1). The dining room was spotless, the breakfast was exceptional (full English recommended) and the hosts were very welcoming 😀
