It's the third time I choose this apartment for my stay in London and this was the worst room by far. The last two times the lack of cleaning and odd smells were bearable since this is a very cheap option for London, but this time the fridge was dripping and had an awful smell, and the bed was super uncomfortable, like just a bunch of springs with fabric on top. The check-in is also odd, they help you get to the location (the address they give is not completely accurate) only till a certain time (until 6pm ±) after that you gotta pick up the keys from a hotel that's an hour walk from the flat, while they could just give the proper address and install a padlock for the keys.

They leave tea and coffee. Cheap option if you're staying for a very short period of time or a low budget (don't expect great cleaning or comfort though).

property was dirty, wasn’t cleaned beforehand and when we checked in we wee told to go away for 30 minutes while they cleaned the room, wallpaper peeling off, no hairdryer in the room despite being advertised and door was locked after coming back from a concert so we were trapped outside calling for help with no answer from the people until someone opened the door and started screaming at us because we were banging on the door

the bed was relatively comfortable, maybe only saying this due to the fact me and my friend had previously been camping outside the 02 for 2 nights for a concert and were absolutely exhausted by the time we checked in

The place needed a thorough deep clean, there were hairs everywhere! The curtains were a little torn and the furniture was tired. The building and studio locks definitely need more!!

I know the area very well which is the reason why I booked it. l wasn't expecting it to be more than basic which is exactly what I received. The studio apartment had various furniture as well as a fridge, microwave, kettle and cooking implements. There were also towels but not bath/shower mat. This place is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep at night - wouldn't "hang out" in the studio.

There was mould on the walls in the main room and the bathroom was full of mould. The shower didn’t have a holder for the head. Bathroom window was broken so very cold. Only 2 plug sockets in the room. Radiator dial was broken so couldn’t turn it off or up.

Needs refurbishment , cupboards not specially clean. Noise from other flats is well heard. Main problem, it is winter already and there is no heating at all. I have not never stayed in the UK in property without heating, that is a basic thing which every property should have.

The central heating was poor. The place was freezing cold at night. There was a small handheld heater available but it wasn't making much difference.

Despite being in the heart of London but it was quiet and relatively cheap.

The shower was too hot 🔥 I couldn't take my shower, as in the water was only coming hot. Also TV wasn't coming on even with all my efforts.no channel was coming.

Cleanliness wasn’t great. I won’t say poor as it wasn’t a slum but the bathroom, for example around the toilet, was gross. Also was not impressed that on the booking it stated if check in was before 6pm I would be met at the property. However, as soon as I booked the hosts barraged me with texts, calls and emails about check in. I stated between 5:30 & 6 however I was forced to collect keys from another location, quite a journey away… some 45-50 min walk, thus paying £20 for a taxi. Due to this exceptional inconvenience for a paying guest, I will be seeking to reclaim those funds.

The room was dated ,not very clean ,shower scolding and leaking around the base , mould on the tiles . Bed and bedding very uncomfortable. Microwave was unhygienic and unusable with out a deep clean first . No shower mat very slippy. Other room no attachment on wall for shower broken off .

The location was good to get to Wembley

The attention of the staff was disappointing, the room wasn't ready when we arrived and we needed to wait more than the check in hour. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower and they said they would attend it in 40 minutes but they didn't arrive and we had no other option but to try to fix the issue by ourselves. The flat smelled like humidity.

I got locked out because my key didn't work. There was a number to ring, and he insisted the key worked even though i could not get in. I eventually got in because another guest let me in, when he heard me banging on the door.

The bathroom was in need of serious renovation, it appears some serious water damage is causing the tiles to pop half off the wall and everywhere there was grout it was black or orange with mould , the lil vent at the roof barely does the job if it's that bad.

You get what you pay for So expected the room to look as it did but cleanliness should never be an added extra The bed sheets where clean but the bathroom was just yuk

The bath water was sometimes cold, sometimes scalding hot. It was difficult to set the tap. We couldn't connect to the wifi. It could have been cleaner, there was dirt in the room's corners and in the bathroom. There were traces of soaking on the ceiling. This disappointed me a bit. A little more cleanliness, cleaner walls would have made a better impression. It would have been a better experience.

The accommodation was relatively close to the center. There was a bus station, metro station, shops, restaurants, buffets nearby. The host was kind and flexible. We saw pictures of the accommodation, than we got what we expected. It's suitable for sleeping.

The shower was coming with boiling water, I couldn't even shower at all, even though, I tried to turn the cold water on, I had to run out of the shower 🚿 because it was too hot 🔥 for anyone to use.

Building was too old and the doors were hard to lock.You could hear everything that happened next door and the walls were not in great condition.Also the bed was uncomfortable

The shower was blocked and flooded, but this was dealt with immediately. The sofa was loosely covered in a sheet. The windows didn’t close properly so it was draughty. It feels like it just needs some decent repairs and care and attention. All a bit shabby.

The Wi-Fi was strong. The bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen area with microwave, table top oven and washing machine.

it wasn’t very clean. The washing machine had mold inside and the kitchen IS NOT fully equipped. Also very poor communication for the check in. had to help people, since they didn’t have anything from the host.

the location outside was nice, but no metro close. means the place is central, but due to having to use the bus going to the main places about 45 min. The kitchen pans were moldy and not usable, but after texting they gave us new ones next day.
