Eventually maybe the room will get updated but it didn’t affect our stay. We will be back.

It was spotless. The room needs a makeover but it lacked nothing. It really was immaculate. The public areas were lovely. The pool area beautiful and clean. The dining and entertainment area was again clean and well decorated. There are plenty of lovely seating areas overlooking the sea. Toilets were kept fresh at all times. The staff were wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed. We couldn’t fault the food every meal was delicious. The staff simply couldn’t do enough. The owner is even in the kitchens helping. My husband met her too and like her staff he said she was so lovely.

The bedroom needed some TLC, chipped wallpaper and the shower floor needed re grouting. No where to get lunch from. And didn't like how evening meal still being served when evening entertainment was on.

Liked the lounge areas and dining room.and seating outside. Pool was lovely and jacuzzi. Entertainment in the evening.was good

My only complaint is the heat in the rooms. In the winter ideal but we have visited 3 times now in warmer months and rooms are very hot a fan is in the room but doesn’t help much we had to put it on a chair and move it close to bed but still didn’t cool us. Maybe a standing fan would be better obviously air conditioning would but I know this would be very expensive. Apart from that no complaints at all

Everything was lovely. We have been here many times and love it. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere nothing too much trouble. Rooms are exceptionally clean and to a very high standard. Bathroom in the room we had was smaller than what we normally have but was manageable. Food was lovely and service great.

There was nowhere buy the front entrance for a taxi to pull up had a little bit off a walk but manageable

The hotel was bigger then we thought.plenty of comfortable sofas & lounges to sit & relax.Staff nothings to much trouble to ask for anything,Food very good with quick service from the waiters.Entertainment was very professional we both really enjoyed it.Overall a very good friendly run hotel .Very much enjoyed our stay there.

Room was small & hot. Also noise from adjacent rooms and corridor a pain, particularly banging doors. Bathroom was a little dirty in the shower. Bed was uncomfortable

Location was fantastic. Lovely views of Irish Sea. Extremely convenient for tram into town. Staff were very friendly & helpful, particular mention to our server for breakfast & dinner and young lady on reception at check in. Leisure facilities also fantastic

Could do with families only/adults only times for pool and jacuzzi area as children playing/splashing caused issues for some guests. Paintwork in bedroom could be cleaned/touched up in some areas.

Fantastic pool and jacuzzi area, brilliant value for money 3 course dinner and breakfast, modern decor, friendly staff, great location opposite tram stop.
