Rooms out dated. Bedding stained and ripped Constant smell of canibis No spoons for your tea/coffee To noisy Not a sea view as advertised Mold in places on windows and on hanging picture frames. First appearance was a mess rubbish and weeds all over the car park, needed a good tidy up.

In the booking there was air conditioning included for every room but only had 2 fans out of four needed. The cleaning of the outdoor benches was not good and the Wi-Fi was only in the lounge which did not work and if it did it was extremely slow. Also the staff was not quite nice.

It had a nice location and the car park was free.

Staff not very communicative. No wifi. No tv as ariel broken. Ripped wall paper. Plugs not working by bed. No double glazing. To be honest myself and 13 year old son didn't like much

The entrance to hotel is very dark, it needs brightening up. A lot of areas are very dated, it needs a good refurbishment. The room (63) was very basic, and had no cold water to the sink and no hot water to sink or shower before 7am. It would be nice if they offered a breakfast option.

The location is good, close to the front. Car parking is free.

The door to my room was very weak and not secure at all The room wasn't very clean, no towels had to go and ask for the towel then it wasn't clean

The hotel was very dated. My Daughter's family room was smelly and upon opening drawers there was a moldy sandwich and moldy oranges left in there. They got moved to a better room but the tv didn't work and when you have a child with you they want to watch tv in the room. The towels were dirty. Yet another complaint to reception. They gave my daughter clean towels and another tv which she had to take to the room herself and tune in but it still didn't work so gave up on that one.

The room and whole hotel did not look hoovered get some cleaning staff Jesus carpet was filthy money behind tv dirty plate in windows sill carpet unclean marks on wall bedside tables the only plus side was the bathroom and bedding was clean

no Wi-Fi, a extremely bright led light outside lit up the whole room, so was hard to get to sleep

Room very dated, massive gap between door and door frame (could see into our room from corridor), no sound proofing, taps only ran luke warm so couldnt drink cold water. glass on floor by bed, bottle tops and used straws under and around bed. TV didnt work. Staff didnt seem very welcoming. We tried to check in at 2pm told to come back after 4pm. Lots of people complaining when checking in.

I don't believe the room had been cleaned ! It definatley needs improving. Although it didn't cost a lot to stay for the night . The cups were stuck on the saucers no milk or sugar just 2 sachets of coffee and tea left still water in the kettle couldn't fill kettle very well. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated but it was still not clean there was hairs in the bed. If this hotel was on 4 in the bed they would have confirmed it !

It was really noisy when people went into there rooms which sent a gust of wind making our door bang which was annoying! also no wifi?

Location was ace! only a short journey into town and parking is free when you give your reg details inside. don’t pay for it at the meter in the actual car park! The lady at the desk was really sweet and talkative :)

Hotel really needs upgrading. Lots of work needed to the rooms. Bathroom was very small, had to navigate around the hand basin to sit on the toilet. The toilet flush was broken and the shower was stained with mold. Shower only big enough for a child or small adult, I couldn't get into it. The bed was old and made so much noise I thought it was going to break every time I moved. Tea and coffee provided in the room but cups we're stuck to the saucers had to try and wash them before use and there were no teaspoons. Lounge was closed and dining room closed.
