1. The pictures foe when booking not exactly what iy looks. On the photos almost appeared to have the kitchen ans dine are in the room but it isnt. Asked on the staff, reckoned most people comments tye same when they arrive. Infact it says private kitchen and bathroom. Thats not nice 2. The kitchen not cleaned on daily basis, remains dirty for some days 3. Room #2 not hot water for shower even though had it reported. 4. Have a small roof window for natural light, when it rains have to close it

It would have been useful to know what was actually provided for preparing food, and for it to have been there. In the first property, everything that there was for the kitchen was dirty in the tiny dishwasher - as if whomever had used it expected it to magically clean itself which is a great inconvenience to other guests. Not everyone can, or wants to live out of takeaways! It would have been useful to have a small pan and spoon for food heating for the hob. The toaster was a helpful addition for which I was grateful. I would have been happy to bring a few items with me, had I been aware. More information about the parking before I got there would have been helpful! My training times were varied, so this proved a little tricky for the first couple of days!

I had a little help from the housekeeper for the first property, the second one was a great deal easier! The desk in the second property was really great for my needs, I had a lot of opportunity work to do whilst I was training, so having space was very important, as was a working and reliable internet.

The steps were to my studio at the top (Room 5) were a bit steep, but manageable since I did not have any luggage. The conveniencecto the University and convenience of having eating places and markets nearby was great. I will likely be staying with you on my future UoB trips.

Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the room/studio. The room was not clean enough; it smelled of cigarettes (?). The towels and the bedlinen (although theoretically washed) did not feel fresh. The shower and toilet were clean, but the kitchen area was not. Although it was easy to contact the owner(s), when I asked for the TV remote and ironing board, it was not delivered to me. I could not use this "extra" TV at all during my 3-night stay, and I needed the ironing board on a particular day, and I only saw it on the last day being delivered.

The biggest (and unfortunately only) asset was the location (just outside the University Campus)

The whole flat smelled overpowering of strong perfume. It was obviously intended to blank out something. The bed was very soft and extremely uncomfortable. Although we were booked for two nights we left and booked lesewhere for the 2nd night

The first room (studio#1) was very small. Thanks to the owner to move us to Studio#4 which was more comfortable and bigger space. However, the room was not really clean. Kettle was dirty and pillow not comfortable

The room was not clean, and there was left over rubbish in the cupboard and fridge. They did offer to come and remove it, which I turned down - as that was not the point. The fridge had a smell to it. The bed sheets and towels seemed old and over washed, did not have a freshness to it. I had mild concerns sleeping in it. It was very cheap materials of it all and was not kept up. The shower cabin was extremely small - I was ok, but imagined people slightly larger would struggle. Parking was managable but not convenient. Walls paper thin and everything can be heard. Slight struggles with door locks both the main door and room door. Very little info on what was available in the room and could have used a dish towel too.

The location was good and there was quick reply on a issue with the wifi, There was single use slippers to use which was appreciated as the floor was not very inviting for my feet. The little hair shampoo set was appreciated. The room itself was spacious, tv enourmous. The main good thing was communication with the host.

The communal area was very dirty, especially the stairs. With my room on the second floor, and with mobility issues, it was a struggle getting to the room, especially as the stairs are narrow. The balustrade between the first and second floor, had come lose, making it doubly difficult to navigate because of the mobility issues. On my first night the noise went on until just after midnight. The shower was also quite narrow.

The location was suitable. However, I was unaware that the road was residents parking only zone. Once discovered, I had to plan myself around the parking restrictions.

The property wasn’t like the photos presented . It is totally different and low quality . Outside dirty environment. Not value for money at all The room smells. The consistency in the noice from the footsteps on top floor and corridors.
