This was more of a personal comfort thing but the mattress on the bed was very hard and not comfortable for us for a good nights sleep.

The property is located in the city center of Milton Keynes and close to shopping, food and other entertainment. Good base to explore surrounding area and places like Windsor, Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, all within 50-60 miles drive. If you do not have a vehicle or don’t want to deal with congestion charges and driving in London, the train station is 15 minutes walk for trains to London and other locations. Best way to explore London. Property is very secure and safe and has all you need for a short stay visit. Staff are very prompt to respond, if you have any questions or issues during your stay. Sainsbury’s grocery store is right around the corner and offers good prepared meals or anything you need for you stay. Secure parking is also included with your stay, providing you request it on booking your stay.

Nighttime lighting needs improvement, and electrical appliances like the hair dryer should be better maintained, though these are minor issues.

The apartment boasts a well-designed layout and a pleasant living environment. The car park is convenient, and the location is ideally close to nearby shopping malls and supermarketsby car. Highly recommend!

A few minor items were damaged like a cupboard door handle or the shower head holders in both bathrooms but nothing major that negatively impacted our stay. I highly recommend this accomodation in the end.

Great location next to the the Hub in the city centre. The 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with staff available to help if needed.

I arrived pretty late at night and spent over 20 minutes trying to find the office location to collect the keys and instructions. I had to park my car and walk up to every building to try and see its name or street number as when I had initially drove down and back up the street, I could not locate the building name or number. I think the street ended at number 100, and the building I needed was 101 or 103, I can't remember the exact details now. Anyway, I had to park up and walk this entire really long street because from the car I just could not find what I needed. Walking, I finally found the place to collect the keys. The office is actually around the corner after the end of the street. I went back to my car, which was on yellow lines, so it needed moving. I then drove back down to the key collection point, got the keys, details of where i had been allocated to stay, and then followed the map provided to the car parking space I had been allocated. Finding the car park was pretty trouble-free. Finding the apartment, less so. I parked the car in the allocated space in an underground car park, got out, and then tried to follow the map to the block I had been placed in. The way I read the map, it was not apparent to me that i needed to exit the car park and walk down the street. I was parked near to the exit, which turned out to be an internal exit with the lifts and all the blocks listed by name, so I thought I needed to get to the accommodation that way. It was now dark, late, and raining and once I exited the lift I was in an external quadrant/courtyard so had to use my phone as a torch to see parts of the walkways as they other were only dimly lit in parts. Now my phone wasn't usable as a map. Once again, I was walking around this area for absolutely ages.

I spoke to a lady in the office in advance to arrange a parking space, she was very lovely and helpful, she was the only staff I had to communicate with in advance, and a security guy was very helpful when i couldn't find the block I needed. It's a pretty typical, pretty modern apartment block with windowless corridors. The faint aromas of people's cooking were ever present. The lifts were in working order, and the communal areas were nothing special but were clean, well lit, and the doors securely closed behind you. The apartment itself was really very spacious, the living dining kitchen in particular. It was very well equipped in the kitchen, and a Sainsburys supermarket was literally on the next corner, so I could easily purchase fresh ingredients to make a nice dinner. The induction hob in the apartment was in full working order, as was the fridge/freezer, toaster, and kettle. I didn't use the oven, so I can't comment on that There were a few of the long vertical window blinds missing in the living area, and it looked a little tired and faded decor wise overall, but it was absolutely clean, liveable, neutral decor and there was nothing to be upset about. I didn't see any instructions on how to operate the heating, but I figured it out pretty easily and quickly, and the place got toasty and cosy pretty quickly. I also didn't see anything about the WiFi, I think I was supposed to communicate in advance that I wanted free WiFi, but I missed that instruction, so I wasn't made aware of any login details. It didn't matter to me, I didn't need it, but be aware to advise the company up front if you will need to utilise this. The curtain in the bedroom wasn't completely blocking all light coming in, not an issue to me, I like a bit of daylight as I wake, but if you don't I suggest you shove a few clothes pegs in your travel kit so you can try to clamp the curtain closed more firmly.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, it felt soft and cheap. Overall the cleanliness was good, but you could see some areas were not clean often (inside the wardrobe for instance, there were a lot of dust balls). Some elements were a bit worn off and should be changed (some lightbulbs not working, blinds dirty and broken, wash machine mouldy...).

Very convenient accomodation in the center of Milton Keynes. The apartment has all the basics needed like kitchenware, kettle, microwave, even oven and wash machine. The Wi-Fi was reliable and perfect to work, and the Sky TV worked perfectly. There were also small nice details, like few coffee, tea and biscuits samples, and a couple of toiletries. Also, having an allocated secured parking space is a plus. The collection of the keys is easy and very close to the actual building. All the instructions are clear and I had no issues accessing the apartment.

Pans not very clean in the kitchen ; and it would have been great to have a couple of extra stools on the balcony to be able to all eat outside.

Lots of space, great facilities, nice view from the balcony, nice decoration, good location, access secured, and little details like samples of salt, pepper, washing liquid... that make life really easier for a short stay.

some of the doors made loud squeaking noise . the water is hard water. it would be great to have some the lights to be able to dim which could be used as night lights too . instructions were not clear on how to reach the property after I collected the keys but had a emergency number to call who eventually helped.

very well maintained and very comfortable. centrally located to all the activities we wanted to cover . right at the heart of the city . basic amenities were provided. had a fan in there too which was very useful

The location is fantastic but the reception is terrible. Rang up for directions to get the keys but the reception response she do not know and will ask someone to contact me. The person did contact me back but it was the next morning at 7 am and told me to read the emails properly. I found out this is rude and if I didn't manage to find the keys, me and my friends have to stay outside the buildings. In the end, I manage to find the keys by asking for help from residents there.

2nd apt At Emerald is on the 4th floor, is a bit cold, & no shelving in bathroom 1st apt at quartz is on 3rd floor, much warmer & more shelving .

everything is good, the area & carpark arrangement is good , right at the basement. just prepare to play “ egg hunting “ like when u first time get there, as the direction to get the key is a bit difficult & the lock box is not always function . other then that , everything is good, will stay there again

The only thing I would say this apartment needs is block out curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise it's PERFECT.

Absolutely everything. The Apartment was amazing. Full bathroom, with a bath, full size modern kitchen, with everything you need, including a washing machine. Also had 3 bedrooms each with robes and main with ensuite. It was on the 5th floor with amazing views and a private balcony. Full lounge room and 6 seater dining. Lift and stairs, easy access. This apartment is Highly recommended!
