Location was great and easy walk into town. The accommodation lacked nothing, the host and hostess have thought of every thing. Definately be bac !

The bunk bed was a little tight for our 14 year old. To be fair this might be a Booking.com issue as we were clear our group was 4 adults and a child of 14. The listing had 12 which we noticed afterwards

The location was great and Sidmouth is beautiful with loads to do within a short driving distance/ walking distance. Landlord was very responsive when we had questions. Property was clean and spacious.

Nothing for us to dislike

Extremely well equipped / great decor/ comfortable/ grand outdoor facilities including barbecue/ hosts were approachable and very attentive. Nothing, apparently, would be too much trouble.

Would have appreciated a Nespresso machine or Cafe Tiere or coffee machine as opposed to instant.

A Welcome Pack was provided, inkl. bread, butter, milk and juices as well as tea bags and instant coffee and cooking basics. Fully equipped kitchen. Sunny evening terraces with everything required for a barbie and comfortable seating area with extra table and chairs. Free Netflix and iPlayer etc. DAB radio Any queries were answered immediately, very friendly and helpful hosts. Recommend Butlers pizzas for a takeaway and The Marine on the Seafront, both delicious and good value for money. Quiet, residential area, plenty of storage space

It would have been nice if the cot had been prepared upon arrival. It's not a huge thing, but it's undoubtedly nice not to have to wrestle with a travel cot after a long drive!

The property was ideally located as a base to explore Sidmouth and the surrounding area. It was clean and well suited to our needs, travelling with a 10mo baby. The spacious property has a beautiful terraced garden area to relax in. It had all the equipment we needed for our stay, including a decent, clean travel cot and a high chair. The host's communication before and during our stay was fantastic and cannot be faulted. There was a minor fault with the hot water for the shower, but the hosts were fantastic at responding to our message and quickly arranging for an electrician and plumber to attend. A solution was quickly found, so it did not impact our stay. Equipment will occasionally break down, but the mark of good hosts is how they deal with it. We loved our time in Sidmouth and will certainly stay here again if we return to the area.

Lots of steps up to the garden area.

Perfect property for a family. Very clean. Excellently equipped with everything you could need. Lovely area outside for eating and seperate area for relaxing.

There was parking but a little cramped.

Within walking distance of town. clean. comfortable,nice to have complimentary Netflix ,good communication with the owners,complimentary food basics was a pleasant surprise.

Steps to terraces very steep , not suitable for my young grandchildren to climb alone . However the views were stunning 😊

A beautiful clean , smart, well thought out house with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the complementary, juices, milk , butter bread and tea . Everything for breakfast next morning 👍

Fantastic place to stay ,very clean with all the amenities supplied.We will definitely return for another holiday. George and Becca could not do enough for us and even purchased a cot for our little one when we couldn't bring ours.

The only criticism was the walk into Sidmouth centre, this took nearly 30 minutes which was not an issue for us but for others could be.

The house was great 👍 Nice decor and fully equipped. The terraced garden offered superb outdoor dining and great views. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever experienced away from home👍😀

I think the heating settings had been off before we arrived so it was very cold for a while until the heating kicked in, but we lit the fire and coped!

It was a lovely surprise to be provided with some bread, milk and orange juice for our breakfast.

Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped house in a quiet residential street. Thoughtful additions (milk, bread, butter and boxes of chocs) provided. Easy walk into Sidmouth. Great communications with the hosts. Perfect for a winter get away. Would definitely recommend for a small family group.
