Room was perfect for my requirements. Did not have breakfast as I had an early appointment. Location was great, very central. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view from our room was the chimney from the kitchen and very little natural light, not good for anyone with any kind of anxieties and space. You had to wait for the lift as it was used by the hotel cleaners all day. The breakfast said it was continental but offered scrambled eggs and baked beans soggy toast and boiled eggs. No ham cheese cobs or pastry’s

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating with any requests. The coffee shop with the reception area was definitely a huge bonus

The room was a little small but I was on my own so wasn't a major issue. I didn't find a toaster in my room that was supposed to be one of the standard items.

It is not a big dal but the continental breakfast is a little limited but enough considering it is complimentary. Not natural orange juice. Small variety of fruits.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There waa a problem with my single room before arriving so they decided to offer me an upgrade to a triple room. Modern bathroom. No noise. Good location, 10 min walk frim Victoria coach station and a pleasant 20 min walk to Westminster.

The bathroom was cold, as the radiator was not working. The shower pipe was leaking a lot as well. There were no side lights by the bed so when you turned off the main light by the door you were plunged into darkness, no ability to turn off lights from bed either. Surprising as the hotel rooms all have this sorted.

Apartment no 3 was clean and comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities provided. The bed was comfortable and If I had needed to, I could have heated a ready meal and sat at a table to eat or watched the TV. There was a washing machine and ironing board, so lots of good things about this stay.

A £25 refundable deposit was taken off and we were not told in advance. The bathroom was very tiny. The breakfast was basic. Other options like scones, croissants, porridge would be better.

The location was nice. Bus stop right outside the hotel 7mins to Pimlico Tube Station.

The staff was very helpful. I originally booked one room in a single room, but I had to extend the stay for a second night. There was no more single room available for the second night, so the staff found me a double room for two nights. I didn't have to change rooms in between. The hotel is very close to the underground station, making it convenient to get around.

No Noise proof what so ever. You can hear even tv sounds from next door. It feels like no private at all.

I booked a room for £109. The room was excellent considering the price. There are local coffee shops and restaurants near this hotel, the hotel’s located in quiet and clean area.

The breakfast selection was rather limited, consisting of mainly eggs, beans & cereal. The room door was not soundproof, for light sleepers this could be an issue.

Location is perfect. Complimentary breakfast is nice to have, room was clean, staff was very helpful.
