Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur room was not at the main hotel location and 2 blocks away. It was also on the 4th floor and given that we were international travelers our room was up 70+ steps and no elevator. That was quite an effort to carry 20 odd kilo of luggage each. Something to consider when booking the apartment that is offsite from the hotel. We also stayed 3 nights and our room didnt get attended so only enough tea and coffee for one night. May need to enquire about that
the room was all that we needed. the keyless locks were the best. it was also in a good neighborhood close to everything.

CanadaThere were some little things. There were no bed side lamps. It was either all light on or none. There was a very complete kitchen but there was no sink plug or tea towel. I am glad I had a little travel towel that worked well. The pillows in our first room were fine. The pillows in our second room were flat and hard,
The location was very good and for the most part is was a comfortable and practical room. We had a problem with the washer and the hotel was very quick to respond to our needs, They switched us to a different room on a lower floor which was great for us. I loved the big windows that opened. The area was lovely, a public park nearby and a close wall to the river. Very convenient to public transportation. There are several restaurants nearby and a wine store and a small grocery store.

United KingdomIt was difficult to shower in the shower stall due to the overhead, fixed shower head. An adjustable shower head mounted on the wall would be much easier to manage. The bath towel was on the small side but was fresh and clean nonetheless. There was no hand soap out in the bathroom but I was able to use the complimentary shower gel instead.
My room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The extractor fan in the bathroom worked very well. I was also able to open the window in my room, which was useful. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely addition to my stay. Service during breakfast was quick and efficient. The hotel was an easy walk from the closest underground station. The night reception staff member was very helpful when I needed ice for an injury I sustained to my hand before I arrived back at the hotel.

We were 3 female colleagues travelling for work, we chose this hotel as it was offering a triple room of good size, which we prefer rather than 3 tiny singles, which is what you get at London hotels in this price range. the hotel is recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, they offered to keep our luggage for the whole day and the procedure was very quick. The location is great, 10 min. walk from Victoria and the bus stop N° 24 is just in front of the hotel, it is a frequent service and it brings you to all major tourist locations in London

BulgariaWhile our stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable, there was one aspect that fell short of expectations: the breakfast. Unfortunately, it was quite lacking and very basic in offerings. For a hotel of this caliber, I had hoped for a more satisfying and varied breakfast selection. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant experience.
This was our second stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better; it was convenient for exploring the city. The reception staff were not only kind but incredibly helpful. Additionally, the daily room cleaning service ensured a consistently comfortable and tidy environment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for using as a base for sightseeing. Nice Thai restaurant on corner and opposite that a lovely pub. Breakfast was great value for money and again great staff on hand to manage the restaurant area. Quiet room, decent shower, and comfy bed.

United KingdomTerrible Wifi - if you are travelling for work, don't do it. We had a 2-day stay and couldn't get any stable internet. If you're travelling for recreational purposes and the internet is not vital, then go ahead. Breakfast is poor. Not worth paying the extra. There are so many good breakfast and brunch places nearby that it is better to pay at a local store.
Great location, clean rooms - within walking distance from anywhere.
