Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was with hot water in washroom, which was either super hot or either cold , but otherwise property has great views and calm place to stay.

You can't pull up a car right outside your chalet. The kids' game room was mostly for little kids, and some games weren't working. The chalet smelled closed up, and the carpet is stained, but I guess that was the chalet given to pet owners. Disappointing because not all pet owners allow their pets to soil carpets, so sad that we had a sub-grade chalet. I couldn't find the swimming pool entrance. It seemed all locked up. There was a dispute of sorts with police there and an employee or owner complaining loudly. It's not a good initial impression. The entertainment seemed a hit with many families and kids in the main hall, drinking and dancing. At least all the noise was contained, so the rest of the village was quite peaceful.

Very nice kitchen equipment, although the knives weren't very sharp. Great gardens and forest to walk in. The chalet numbers were only on the chalets, so we had to walk down a few paths to find ours.

The reception for mobile phones is pretty much non existent!! The WiFi only works in the clubhouse and that’s hit and miss. This is the only thing that lets this resort down.

The silver 2 bed caravan was great. Had a good size decking area with wooden bench and table. The caravan was clean and modern. Even had a dishwasher! The entertainment complex was good and the children’s entertainment was enjoyed. Can’t comment on the acts as we never stayed that late. The swimming pool was dated and quite small but still ok and the kids enjoyed it. The grounds are in woodlands so no views as such but still nice.

Caravan smelt a bit musty, but very clean and adequate with everything there.

Location and site was lovely and well kept. The entertainment area, toilets, pool etc really need updating as looking very our of date and run down. The food and staff were fab.

The only negative would be the restaurant. On a couple of occasions when we tried to use it it either closed early or we had to wait before they would take any more orders.

Good location the site was very clean. There was a bus into St Ives every day that came onto the camp which we found very useful.

Lots of spiders inside the rooms, dust and cobwebs. The kitchen facilities e.g. the oven, hob and toaster were very dirty and left with food crumbs and grease from previous holidaymakers. Windows were not clean, these were also covered in cobwebs and dirt. Would have been nice to see the view outside.

Location was nearby many attractions. Spacious home. Swimming facilities were great!

Terrible WIFI. Trying to figure the TV. Being mainly under a tree, lack of sleep when it rained the bombardment of conkers and everything else hammering the roof. I know some are under some bits of tree but this was diabolicle. Other than that a lovely time visiting all the great places/ beeches.

My son was a bit afraid of the bathroom as the floor was in black colour. There wasn't a toilet brush which sometimes is needed. The worst thing is there was no signal- reception on mobile phones what was frustrating as could not browse where we could go or simply make a phone call- I was told there would be a wifi fitted around the park in few months time (this should have happen before the summer season)

Property was big enough for a family of 3, I like the fact there was a small dish washer however, I wasn't aware of it so did not brought any diahwasher capsules with me.

Value for price was poor. Paid over £700 for 3 nights and the lodge was just a standard upgraded caravan. Beds not very comfortable and we had to make them ourselves? Also had 1 set of bedding missing but security guard (John I think his name was) was brilliant, and quick to help us out. Food at the restaurant onsite was awful too had to ask for refund. WIFI didn't react lodge and was poor when at the evening entertainment but I guessed it wouldn't be the best as everyone would be trying to connect. Good variety of drinks.. arcades okay. Minimum and a lot was out of order. Kids had fun that's the main thing but for what you pay eating out and on drinks and travelling including petrol etc etc we will be going aboard next year

Beds were uncomfortable (we stayed in the silver chalets) Lots of chalets weren't ready at the 4pm check in time. Ours was "ready" but when we got there, we had no bedding and other things, the sofa bed hadn't been put away and we had to go and ask and then wait a long time for them to be delivered.

Great location for St Ives. Good to have a shop on site for essentials.

I had driven 9 hours to get here with a 4 year old and 2 dogs, we had asked for an early check in other wise I wouldn't have arrived at the park as early. Apparently this isn't something which is offered. We arrived at the park at 10am tried to check in and were advised to come back in a couple of hours which we did. Came back after 12 chalet still not ready, told come back for 2 which we did, still not ready then again at 3 to get the same response. Came back at 4 which they said was the official check in time, still not ready. It was 5.45 before we got into the chalet. We got offered a bar voucher. The kids entertainment started at 6 and by this point we were all tired. First day of our holiday was a total right off. Maybe miscommunication somewhere but no way is a bar voucher acceptable given the above

We didn't get the table outside by our house so it was a little bit miss. But it is not a very big problem. And it would be good to have WiFi in the house, not just a public place.

Lovely place we very like it. The place is amazing. The staff very friendly kids was having fun with entertainment. Restaurant food is amazing I would rate 10/10. We are coming back again next year.

The site itself was very limited, arcade very run down with many of the machines not working. The children’s entertainment was sold as one thing but turned out to be poorly thought out. Our check in time was 17:00 but wasn’t available until 17:30. The General Manager openly admitted that caravan/lodges won’t all be ready on time over the whole summer, so be prepared to wait.

The property (caravan/lodge) had all the amenities that you would require on a self catering holiday. Having a dishwasher was a bonus. The hidden woodland play area was good for the kids. Location was great and having a bus stop on site was amazing bonus.

It was a very poor mobile reception, however on the bright side it allowed more time for family time and conversations.

Location and surroundings was beautiful, unfortunately didnt visit the pool facilities, but definitely will do on next visit.

Waiting over an hour for food in the restaurant on more than one occasion, limited menu and always some food not available. Quicker to order takeaway from outside. No quiet place to have a drink, music always full on and loud Queuing for drinks at the bar Dirty plates and food left with staff walking by saying 'that's not their job' even though walking back empty handed.

The lodge was clean and larger than expected, location was good and quiet.
