Perfect location. Close distance to the shops. Great communication with Menna.Video instructions made by Iwan couldn't be more precise. Attention to details was amazing (tea,coffee,ice cubes in the freezer). The stay was awesome!

The apartment is clean, easy to locate, easy to access & comfortable. The owners contacted in advance with all details on parking and access with a video to help with the car journey in.

I didn’t realise the apartment was three storeys. Difficult negotiating the two flights of narrow stairs with bad knees.

Location was central and close to the castle. The apartment was nicely furnished, well maintained and had everything we needed.

The stairs are a bit narrow, but I managed just fine.

No breakfast with the rate we paid. A clean, well maintained propriety in a lovely central location. Surprisingly quiet. Iwan and Menna were/are excellent and clear communicators. I would stay again.

The apartment is accessed via narrow stairs and additional stairs to bedrooms/bathroom so maybe difficult for travellers with mobility issues or young children. I would also recommend adding a clothes airer for damp towels/clothes to dry. Siop Iwan a Menna is a lovey place to stay and we would recommend to friends.

We (3 adults) really enjoyed our 2-night stay in April. The central location and access to free parking was great as we made the most of sightseeing in Caernarfon and around the Llyn penisula (even with Storm Kathleen closing the castle). This Is a very clean and well-maintained apartment and has facilities that made our stay a home from home, with the most comfy bed mattress I have slept on. I had issues with closing the front door and Menna and Iwan were so helpful with supporting me.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of caernarfon. Everything was thought of and decorated and finished to a lovely standard. Will definitely stay again. I actually left thinking it was somewhere I would quite like to live!

The flat was in the centre of town close to the castle and lots of bars, restaurants and interesting shops. Everything was lovely and clean and the beds comfy.

The stairs were a challenge, but everywhere I’ve stayed in Ireland or Wales has had stairs, so it wasn’t a surprise. If you have mobility issues, you should probably not stay here, but if not, then it’s very cozy

The location was excellent! The owner was very helpful, and the creaking floors just gave the apartment “character”. All in all, I would definitely recommend this rental :-)

The second bedroom was difficult for 2 adults.

The property was well presented with everything that was needed. It was close to everything, sites and shops and the parking permit was great thank you. The shortbread was lovely thank you.

Hosts were extremely helpful with directions to the flat and the parking. The flat was clean, comfy and had everything you need. Right in the center so plenty of places around to eat and all local attractions are within driving distance.

The towels provided appeared to have been well-used. There were items like instant coffee in a can, but the flavour didn’t seem as fresh as I expected, so I hesitated to drink it.

The location is conveniently close to the castle and the railway station, with plenty of dining options nearby. I was initially concerned about the distant parking, but following the instructions from the video they sent beforehand made it straightforward. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two small children, allowing us to stay comfortably. Menna was also very kind and helpful right until the end.

The owners provided really clear videos explaining how to find the flat by car and where to park, and clear instructions for the keys and were available by WhatsApp throughout. The flat is over a shop and on first impressions it looked like it might be noisy, however we weren't bothered by noise at all even on Friday and Saturday nights!
