As others have said, the bed is very hard. It's the one thing that would stop me going back. Maybe a mattress topper?

Fab customer service and communication from Anne. Great apartment with everything you need, especially for a longer stay. Beautifully clean, excellent shower. Plenty of hot water. Loved the secure parking. Very good location.

The location was perfect, not too far away from the wedding venue. The accommodation was perfect, easily accessible, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. And the secure underground parking was an added bonus.

The outside balcony area could’ve been more clean. There were quite a few cobwebs and the tables and chairs looked a bit dirty. It was too cold to relax outside but if I did chose to, I definitely would’ve had to clean the area first before being comfortable enough to sit outside. Some of the cooking utensils were not cleaned properly so had to clean them thoroughly before using. Also, the bottom part of the shower screen where the plastic part is looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time and I know these are removable and easily cleaned. The pressure of the shower could’ve been more powerful too.

Great location, very close to supermarket and the town centre (10 min drive away). Appreciated the secure parking and the area is very nice. We didn’t come with kids but noticed there was a spare cot in the wardrobe which would be nice for those travelling with small kids. The balcony size was really good. Really liked the fact that both rooms were provided with towels which were displayed as origami when we arrived. Also appreciated that they provided a few essential items such as small butters and jam, milk and bread .

Filmsy utensils. Needs added couple of bowls, plates, forks, spoons etc as they only have 4 set bowl, plate etc. Mugs were fine.

lovely modern apartment. comfortable beds. every is there we needed but need more toiletries like shampoo, shower gel and conditioner as they were only for 2 people for 1 day. there were 4 of us and for 2 nights. walk under an hour via canal path to reading town

Comfortable, modern apartment. Convenient and pleasant walk along the canal to get to the town centre (about 2 miles) and easy access from the motorway. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. And the host was able to accomodate our requirements.

Lovely location, added bonus of a balcony as the weather was really hot it was nice to sit out on it for meals. Great underground parking which kept the car cool which was great especially for over a very hot weekend. Anne who met us at the property was very professional. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.

Lacking a little in cleanliness. Stained sheets and cutlery. Bathroom also not cleaned properly.

Unavailable staff when I got there and there’s no info that there’s no staff on ground to grant access due to late arrival. Had to spend extra £110 to stay in Hilton hotel since I got to the apartment late due to airport border check delays. Also, booking should notify users if there are upfront card preauth for damages fee.

The apartment overlooked a road which was quite busy 24 hours a day. It was still very hot from a heatwave two days prior to our arrival, and it took three nights to cool down at all. Opening the windows is not an option at night because of the busy road. Even with the windows closed the noise was disturbing. One of the beds creaks awfully loudly, even when you so much as turn a little.

The apartment was luxurious (two bathrooms!), modern and spacious. Convenience store nearby. The host was super friendly and had provided some basic breakfast food, which was a nice gesture.
