The pillows were old and uncomfortable. Plug in kitchen sink needs replacing as the rubber seal was missing so didn't work .

Easy to follow instructions to get in . Very convenient for the theatre . Apart from 2 issues the apartment was lovely. Good to have a parking space for the car (that was very important to us )

Electric shower was too slow Some items around the flat were damaged, coffee table. The taps in the kitchen sink were loose.

The keys are was very fiddly, difficult to close. Parking, I was advised to go where the traffic cones were, I did, there was space to park two cars, had a message left in the morning asking if I knew where to park??

Clean, warm and comfortable appartment with plenty of facilities. The big fridge freezer was great for a week long stay. Good parking facility. The key safe made checking in and out very simple. The local Vietnamese noodle restaurant is good. Lots of other eateries and supermarkets within walking distance.

Excellent location, very close to town centre amenities. Very practical throughout with good consideration for guests in evidence. Very quick contact with management during the stay. Quiet and peaceful for a town centre location. Good road access to main routes. No hassle. Dedicated parking space. Easy check out.

Could do with alittle more attention to cleaning regarding limescale around taps and shower screen in bathroom, and doors. No dish clothes provided just a dirty worn sponge/scourer. Dirty cleaning sponges left in bathroom. Kettle needs descaling. And carpet in bedrooms could do with a clean.

Lovely apartment, beds very comfy. Well equiped kitchen area. Easy access with key safe. Fairly quiet location considering distance to town centre. Plenty of wardrobe/ cupboard space. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

that it took us about an hour and a half to two hours to connect to the projector as it was missing an wire

Perfect location for our needs. I thought as it was central we would have noise either from street outside or from other apartments…..there was neither. Obviously a little bit of traffic noise but really nothing to worry about. Parking was ideal being located just outside of property. It was great to be away from home and not have the usual expense of eating out for every meal. Morrisons is close by so we did a shop there. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.

There was nothing not to like, however although it does say towels are provided I would suggest taking your own as the towels are maybe a little smaller than you may need. Other than that honestly I could not recommend it enough.

Firstly the communication was good, when we arrived we were amazed at how lovely the apartment was. It had lots of things you wouldn't expect to be provided such as the projector which we used to watch a film. There was a folder with clear instructions on how to use everything and expectations which was great, it was very comfortable and really near the station and the centre of town. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
