The location is great only few steps from the Hyde park, the hostel overall is okay for 2 or 3 nuits not more.

Nothing not to like

Very friendly staff who changed our room to the ground floor so that we wouldn't have trouble moving the bicycles and bags in our room. Great location just around the corner of Hyde Park.

The room was a little bit small for 6 people. Even worse when people are messy and occupied the space with their belongings. The private toilets should have been cleaned every day.

The breakfast is amazing - it has a lot of options. The staff was really sweet and always ready to help. The location is perfect - near to everything (supermarkets, underground, restaurants, etc).

The staff were generally unhelpful. We had an issue with our water for two days . They offered us another room but we decided to stay put and wait for maintenance - as substitute room was smaller. They offered us the use of adjoining room to shower in until 9.00 following morning. We went to have a shower early the next day we were denied access. The person on reception said it was under managers instructions. Our toiletries were in the other room and it just got to be a stalemate . It was a very distressing and unnecessary situation for this to have happened.

Kitchen use is restricted in the morning which was fine but when I went to use it 15mins before close off time the staff who are also the cleaners told me I could not use it and yelled at me. Unfortunately a few not so great run ins with these staff. Front desk staff were great.

One of the inconvienient is that you can't sit on the bed because it's too small. The other thing is the noise from the others room, because a group of young teenager didn't really respect the others people.

Hostel is in great location, near to Hyde Park and groceries at 5 min by walking. It's confortable for few nights. The bathroom is in the room and not in the hallway, which is perfect.

Though the hotel has a quite-hours-policy at night, there was a lot of noise from the next room from a group of young sportsmen who spent the night there as well. Plus at times you could hear a creaking noise of the beds when someone close to you turned from one side to another. That being sad, this would be the only setback of this place, I guess. Overall, I really liked my stay in the hostel and will certainly consider it again when booking my next stay in London now I know how comfortable I felt in this place.

I was really surprised how nice and clean this hostel in London was (it is something you shouldn't take for granted here in the UK:). Thanks to the kind receptionist, I was placed into a 6-bed--female-dorm on the first floor and so had an easy access to both outside and a kitchen located downstairs. The room itself was not very spacious, but clean enough, with big bunk beds with curtains and electric outlets for charging mobiles. There was also a private bathroom with a bath that I found clean and nice. The kitchen in the basement was well equipped although quite busy during the mornings and evenings. However, you could kill some time by going for a little walk into nearby Hyde park, haha.

The hot water in the bathroom had no pressure and it was very hard to take a quick and proper bath.

The location is fantastic, close to Hyde park, and there's bus stops and underground very near. It's also a quiet area with restaurants and supermarkets. The hostel is very cozy and the staff is very welcoming. The room was a private room with private bathroom in the top floor and it was very quiet and nice little place for the four of us with plenty of space.

Unfortunately i had a middle bed and even when sitting on my bed i was hitting my head on top.Plus i could not fully stretch on the bed and im not Antetokoumpo im 1.85🙂.

Rooms are very stuffy, even in the spring. Staff assigned someone the same bed as me and so towel I paid for was taken. Checkout process was not clear.

Had to make my bed which was at level 3, right at the ceiling, pretty challenging I would say, while standing on a poor, tiny thin-metal ladder which does not feel safe at all. And I'm 77 kg, can't imagine somebody who's 100+ using it without breaking it. 1 toilet per room seems enough, but some person took it for 1 HOUR in the morning so I couldn't use it...
