Hotel/sleeping place without towel?

Room suitable for single person. We stayed here because there was very little available anywhere for under 150 sovs. I've stayed in nice accomodation in Brick Lane, Mile End and Hackney for the same price. Its a place to simply kip in, which is what I did. Had my feather and flip and buggered off early.

Not much to be honest. Only based on everything else in the area it was cheap. .

I stayed for five nights and nobody came to clean the room all through, there was also no tools to do self cleaning, so i stayed in a dirty room and thats why I didnt renew my stay cos I still hadnt finish what I was in that area to do. Also, our day 2 antigen test kits was said to have been delivered to one Amato and was no where to be found, Our food order was taking by a brown chubby hair lady that we could not locate till we left, I lost my purse and my Sim card in the same facility, cleaners said they didn't see it. All together was just frustrating but the facility wasnt bad but may be the management.

The room is very warm, beds are comfortable, household items in them are working fine and the environment is clean but...

Difficulty getting hold of the staff to find out my room and code to get in. I think they really want the 20 pounds they quote to have someone meet you to supervise you getting the room Front door was always open, worried about security and it took the temperature down On entering the room it was an ice box. Instructions on the wall for turning it on turned out to be out of date, as was the WiFi info Had to make several calls and messages to get instructions to turn it on. No remote for the TV Had had prior warning from them that because of covid 19 regulations they were not supplying toilet paper and you had to bring your own!!!!! I then guessed correctly I needed to bring my own towels On arrival I found no soap or toiletries, no tea coffee sugar milk, no mug no spoon. Bed was surprisingly fitted with a black duvet cover. Pillow cases and valance and an over large red fitted sheet. ( Hide stains?) Light by bed did not work So took a trip to local shop to buy soap and drink making things plus polystyrene cups. Paper plates and cutlery and something to eat. Setting me back over 14 pounds. No hot water AT ALL Next day reported the lack of water. Remote and the light. Got told sadly the last guest must have taken the remote and they would try and replace it Later I got asked if I was in my room to look at the other things. Since I was at work that was a no Since the boiler to the hot water was not in my room I could not see the need to go in for that Little did I know that when I got back no cleaner had been in Bed not made; bin ( no liner provided, I used a carrier bag) had not been emptied, remote not replaced or bulb replaced. Clearly no one had been in This happened the next day as well and I left the next with nothing done. No shower as no hot water. The suggestion was that I heat up water in the kettle. Forgot to mention. No plugs in either kitchen or bathroom sink. No mirror above sink either. There was a full length mirror leaning against the wall.

Bed was super comfortable and enjoyed having fridge microwave and kettle. I had accidentally booked a double and the room was huge. Had lots of kitchen cupboards and even a four plate hob. So had I been staying a few weeks or months it could have been good BUT no pots pans plates cups or cutlery

Room's in front of garbage bins which made mosquitoes n housefly enter the room, and the room was smelly whilst sleeping due to wet carpet.

very tired building and decor broken tiles in the downstairs toilet etc lighting was poor no obvious heater in room (though didn’t need it) bed position was odd - room could have been much nicer with a simple rearrangement of furniture

price (cheaper than some hostel beds in dorms) for a private double room self check in was easy parking off street and free convenient for A1M shower worked and was decent temperature and water pressure quiet

Where to start, look this place isn’t a hotel, is a hostel with private rooms effectively, which is fine, I just fish I had known before hand and I would’ve booked the travel lodge or premiere inn just down the road, to say this is very very no frills would be an understatement, we had one double room and one twin room booked, both smelt awful on arrival, like old musty cigarettes, the rooms themselves are very thrown together and not at all clean, very dusty and shabby with some of the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, the bedding itself was clean thankfully but the pillows and duvet, if you can call it that, were dreadful, now onto the most annoying part, the twin room we booked..the toilet and shower in the room was locked with a sign saying out of use, wildly unhelpful… so half our party couldn’t even shower the following morning, luckily there is a communal bathroom on ground floor, but alas, there’s no toilet roll, so make sure to bring your own, the guys in the double room luckily had a shower, but no towels to use it, so 4 of us, the day after a very hot festival, no showers, in a car for 5 hours on the drive back, not fun.. At the end of the day this is quite a shabby hostel trying to be a hotel and failing at almost every conceivable point, for the extra £20, stay at the ibis, premier or travel lodger near by,

The staff were great, we arrived early and were allowed to use the facilities ahead of the scheduled 1pm check in, they stayed in touch all day and sent the entry codes to my WhatsApp which worked amazing, free parking is a massive bonus so long as you get their early enough, first come first served set up

With the cheap room prices and pictures. What you see is definitely just what you get.

I must applaud the Customer service team. They were very helpful and easily accessible. We had an issue on our first night and they responded swiftly to sort us out.

No staff on duty so some people can be drunk and a pain.

Repais are constant but slow to resolve but critical to a good stay i.e. No TV, Sink inop, No wifi.

Under the bed was filthy shower had hairs in it window sill had thick dust on it clearly not wiped in a while.

The carpet was filthy on first night and didn't feel comfortable to walk bare footed. The shared shower and toilet facilities not well kept. Someone kept leaving the front door open during the day through to night time.

Nice and quiet, decent sized room with everything needed for the stay. Nice and clean microwave and fridge, kettle, utensils.

Everything it’s disgusting. It had holes in the floor and was dirty. Insect crawling around. Left and booked somewhere else. Disgusting. Can’t believe booking.com has this as an option. I’m sure many people walked out rather than stay in such a disgusting place. Didn’t stay long enough to take pictures

Its was dirty and completely unkept, the beds go knows how old the bedding was, place stunk of smoke. Doors didn’t really lock. Curtains pulled down and just left

Everything, the place is dirty, the place is in need of a complete face lift. Beds falling apart, mattress must be 10yr old very uncomfortable could feel the springs in it. The rooms are dirty, the bathroom sink is a joke, I would not let my dog sleep in this place.
