Right I’m being super picky here as everything was lovely. Smaller portions to save food waste. Maybe put on the menu that 5 pancakes are made for sharing? We shared just 3 - too much of one type of food.

Location for all that town has to offer. Excellent parking. Staff so in tune to what the customer wants/is likely to want. Food super delicious and if you want something omitted, say at breakfast, no mushrooms, then they offer a substitution. Love the wallpaper - wouldn’t have it at home, but it is perfect in this hotel.

The exit door could be a security issue as a lot of the time when we used it it hadn’t been closed properly meaning anyone walking past could have gained access.

Friendly welcoming staff and nice atmosphere. The room was great and loved the saddle seats at the bar.

No complaints, everything was excellent.

The rooms were lovely, clean & tidy. We stayed for dinner and had a great meal, and the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Group of 6, perfect time had by all.

It was rather hot, and one fan didn't quite cut it.

Good parking, food in the restaurant was good and decently priced, insanely fast service. The rooms were absolutely fine as well.

Unfortunately the breakfast came out cold, which was a huge shame is it was such a lovely breakfast.

Everyone was so polite and we enjoyed staying in the hotel and having dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Smith and Western offered something a little different to our usual bed and breakfast stays. Beautiful old building that has been transformed into something from the great Wild West. Great attention to detail in both the main bar/ restaurant area, and the rooms. Something caught your eye in every nook and cranny.

The room we had (Mohawk) was lovely but it had this humming noise which sounded like a extractor or a boiler noise which sounded like it was coming from above. During the day you hardly heard it. But in the night it seemed louder. Being a very light sleeper this became annoying for me. I took a sleeping tablet and was soon asleep :) The mattress was a bit lumpy. It felt like a very good quality mattress but the top padding has worn thin and maybe the mattress needs replacing.

Parking was great, plenty of spaces. The look of the Hotel was lovely. Its a beautiful old building. The room was very clean with lots of attention to the little details. Bathroom was spacious and spotless. The room although compact had everything you would need in a room. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good.

Location was brilliant & easy to find. Great parking on site. A real quirky unusable hotel, never stayed anywhere like it. A nice change from Premier Inn where we usually stay, pretty comparable with price also. Breakfast was excellent, choice of anything we wanted. Bed very comfy, shower Amazing! A wonderful added touch of a coffee machine, as well as a kettle, in our room & complimentary bottled water in our room, a very thoughtful touch. I have to say though the icing on the cake was the wonderful friendly attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or around Tunbridge Wells.

Only complaint the pillows were too firm.

What a wonderful themed property. Great for families. Large towels and a good fan supplied. Really lovely dinner and the best breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable rooms with good facilities, food was great in the Western Themed restaurant- if you don’t like loud Western Music it might not be to your taste but plenty of restaurants near by

Excellent theme pub, clearly an establishment that takes its brand seriously - the staff were friendly and attentive and the customer service really stood out. Food was very good, excellent choice and high quality - also served quickly. Rooms were clean and well laid out, bed comfortable.

Building welcoming and very different. Room clean and the temperature just right. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant amazing as were the staff. All polite and helpful.

Weekends breakfast served 9-12. Ought to be available earlier, say 8am. Other than that cannot find any fault with the place

Superb location with secure parking. Short walk in to town. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast . Supermarket next door. Friendly staff
