I was on the fourth floor, and I appreciate this made it quieter for me however I was a bit concerned as to how I’d get out quickly if I needed to!

The fire alarm went off one night, after making call, we still had to wait more than 30 mins outside

Comfortable bed and very clean room. The kitchen was perfectly enough for 3-4 days of stay. Very close to Farringdon and Barbican stations.

The fire alarm went off and there was no support from staff or any safety measures, it caused a lot of anxiety, lack of sleep due to stress and just overall feeling of uncomfortable as we didn’t know if we were safe or not. The restaurant next door said the fire alarm always goes off which is not ideal or safe. This is an extreme issue that needs to be tackled incase there was an emergency.

the sink in the bathroom was awful- terrible water pressure and went everywhere. The room had a bit of a strange smell upon entering but went away after leaving the windows open but maybe change the cleaning products used / leave the windows open while cleaning. the sign outside is very small and makes it hard to find the hotel at first

Easy to check in and had storage lockers for your things while waiting for your room to become available. The space was clean and modern.

The photos are deceiving and make the rooms look a lot bigger that they actually were. We were sent multiple codes to get into our room on the first night and none of them worked so we had to call the help line to let us in. The room didn’t feel completely clean and part of the window was broken when we arrived. The walls are quite thin and you could hear everything if someone was outside in the corridor talking. Not sure if it felt like we got our moneys worth.

We booked as a couple with a six month old and they placed us in a room on the third floor with no lift

The only downside was that the insulation between the flat and the hallway/ stairs was really bad so we could hear every one coming up and down the stairs or chatting in the hallway.

When we arrived we did not get the room we booked. Fortunately someone from Sonder was in the building so he gave us another one. Later when we came back someone was in our room telling us he rented this room. So we got moved again. This wasn't pleasing at all but Sonder gave us a refund. But apparently we were fortunate as another client told us she had to get a room elsewhere cause the one she booked wasn't available when she arrived.

The location was great. By bus or even just walking, everything is rather close. The building and the room was clean. The app works well and the chatting service is very reactive.

The heater in the bathroom was terribly hot that we almost burnt ourselves getting our towels from it. we didn’t know if we could turn it down or off. also it was very noisy, the walls are thin and we could hear the other guests in the neighbour rooms. also the bed was very small for two people.

I liked the location, it was easy accessible and easy to get into at any time.

All I can recommend to improve is some extra door hooks/clothes rail for a longer stay.

The location was definitely one of the best parts of this room - it was only a stones throw away from farringdon station so really easy to travel around london. The additional kitchenette facilities were useful and the bed was also very comfortable.

The windows don’t block any sound from the street. Even though we were on the top floor we could hear everything. wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Really good location. A short walk to the underground and it was a shops and coffee on the same road.

Starting to look a little run down. Missing toilet roll holder, only 2 bulbs in main light working when I arrived. Shower door was not easy to close correctly without gaps due to broken runners. Also my flat door code didn’t work on arrival and took 15-20mins getting a replacement code. Plus needs a curtain as well a blind.

It was well fitted with good utensils and kitchen cooking equipment as well as a desert supply of cups, plates, bowels and glasses. There was always hot water when needed and the room heater was adequate with the times function.
